Your company has excellent services and great response time!

I never get my vinyl anywhere else and service has always been excellent as well as fast, so was unusually disconcerted to find a delay due to the product being out of stock. Once I had managed to contact Yolo, they could not have been more helpful and made huge efforts to offer a speedy delivery of an alternative. I am extremely grateful and appreciative and will continue to use their services exclusively.

The transfer print just melts in the top like butter, the best transfer paper I’ve ever bought and I’ll come back again if your doubting it just buy it!

The delivery of vinyl was good and as expected. What was not in stock arrived 24 hours later.
My gripe is about their offcuts, their description typical 30 pieces 30cmx8cm weight .45 kg Less than a third matched that size and many pieces were as small as 24cmx4cm. & 16cmx7cm which is less than 1/2 the size of the typical size advertised When I measured the area of the pieces I would think it was around 25% less than expected
I have previously ordered their offcuts and received what was advertised. I know it is offcuts but what they advertise is not what I received.Very disappointing.

I forgot to request shipping on my order.
Sent an email to them and it was instantly resolved.

I phoned up with a query and the man on the phone couldn't have been more helpful. So patient and kind. Seems like a lovely company to deal with - I will definitely be using you again.
