I ordered 6 blinds from Yoolax and had a good overall experience. The blinds looked really good, and matched my space well. The quality felt very good and they were easy to install. One of the blinds had an issue, but The their team responded quickly. They found a solution and helped me without much trouble. I appreciated that they listened and helped. Communication was clear and simple. I am satisfied with the service and would consider buying from them again.

Phenomenal support from both the customer service and Yoolax experts. We had an unusual situation where the shades needed to clear the jutting door knob. They took time to understand the issue and worked to solve the issue. They genuinely cared about solving the problem. One of the best customer service experiences.

Yoolax made the entire purchasing process straightforward. Their videos on how to measure the window opening and requirements for inside mount shades took all the guesswork out of the equation. After we placed the order, they sent a confirmation request showing exactly what we ordered to confirm we did not need to make any adjustments. After the confirmation, they provided timely status updates to keep us informed of when we would receive the blinds. Blinds arrived and installation was a snap. Everything fit as we had hoped and the shades look great!

These blinds are fantastic. Fit perfectly and look awesome. I ordered the top down, bottom up and love them. One blind was damaged during shipping, customer service was excellent and was able to send me a replacement quickly. Thank you.
