how much packaging !!
arrived in loads of oackaging them more packaging inside laughable really considering meant be better for environment. pads themselves are very thin and useless. got them free so can't complain rather not have anymore though

Hi Karen, thanks very much for this feedback. It's something we will take on board for future iterations of our packaging. All of our packaging is fully recyclable made from sustainable FCS approved cardboard. Regarding the pads: we have just launched a new pad which is thicker and more absorbent. Our customer support team will reach out to you today as we're looking for testers of the product and we'd love to hear your feedback. The problem is that it tends to fold on itself along the ridged lines that go the length of the pad. The same issue doesn't happen wih the night pads (which don't have these ridges) but stickiness is still an issue, particularly the wings.
