Above and beyond service. Vicki was a mine of information and advice from start to finish. My mother kindly agreed to Equity Release as a way to get me on housing ladder and Vicki couldn't have been more helpful or reassuring to her - and me - throughout the process. They only do in-home visits, so it's a personal touch which was welcome for my mother who is 85. Always there at the end of the phone or email. Great service. Highly recommend.

What a great experience it was dealing with Andi and the team at Yorkshire Equity Release! Andi responded promptly following my initial enquiry and told me they work on a personalised service and face-to-face basis where ever possible. The first visit was all about me explaining what I would like to do and then Andi left to complete his search for the best plan and to make his recommendation. On the second appointment, he went through his recommendation and I could see exactly why the plan met my circumstances. All my questions were answered clearly and concisely.
