Visited Llandudno store end of August. Brilliant to see and feel. Store clean and well laid out. Staff friendly and helpful. Wish there was a store in/near Northampton.
Well worth a visit if there is a store near you, or look on line.

Ordered a blouse. Great quality, good fit. Ordered some bath sheet towels, 2 of which were great quality, but the other 3 I received were threadbare, you could see through them and they definitely were not bath sheets size, more like bath towel size. But everything arrived on time and was very cheap😀

We do offer 14 day free returns, if you wish to send the towels back for a refund.
Regarding the returns, please use the link provided. This will allow you to create a free returns label which will also contain a QR code should you not have access to a printer.

WELL DONE
VISITED THE STORE IN LLANDUDNO AND ON RETURNING HOME ORDERED SOME MORE ITEMS ON LINE. UNFORTUNATELY A COUPLE OF THE ITEMS WERE NOT BIG ENOUGH SO I NEEDED TO RETURN THEM, THE PROCESS WAS EASY AND STRAIGHTFORWARD AND MY MONEY WAS REFUNDED IN A COUPLE OF DAYS. WELL DONE
