Missing item
Missing Item.
I purchased a 2 for £x deal and only one was received. Eventually customer service sent me a refund for the missing item but I would rather have received the item. I have just received a sales email advertising the same 2 for £x deal so they clearly gave stock. Disappointed with my first experience…..

I'm on my 4th order
I'm on my 4th order, on my 1st order I had something wrong, this was dealt with very quickly, I received a return label, sent the item back & was refunded swiftly. I will continue to use this company when I see something I would like to purchase. Delivery has never been a problem.

Order was missing an item and an item…
Order was missing an item and an item that was not in good condition. I have messaged them and they have only got back to me regarding the item not in great condition, to which I sent a picture. Have not heard back from them about the missing item nor a reply from the picture I sent them.

Unhappy customer
Took over 6 days to receive and had difficulty getting in touch with customer service.
Excuse was they have just moved ! Still waiting for a refund? Wasn’t informed that an item would be missing until I opened the package which eventually arrived after complaining to both them and YODEL! There was a scrappy bit of paper which looked like it had been torn from a sheet of paper. Not professional at all. Disappointed to say the least. The products were ok, apart from the missing one.

I ordered Saint and Sinner Navy Quilted Coat and there was a mix up with what got delivered, there was a delay in response BUT they have sorted it and sent the right item out straight away and I received it the next day, they also arranged for a courier to pick up the item that was mixed up, I will definitely be shopping with them again.

Lovely jumpers
Received my first jumper and liked it very much I ordered a second one. They wash and dry so easily and no ironing required. Delivery normally good.

Avoid ordering
Ordered at the start of September. My parcel didn’t track for over two weeks. At first they responded to my messages and told me to just keep waiting. Eventually they stopped responding and just didn’t even reply to me. I then had to chase a refund through my bank for the missing parcel.
It never arrived - I got an empty bag on my doorstep!! You stopped replying to any emails. Thank god my bank saw sense.

Happy with first order but-
Happy with first order , however can’t review second order as have not received yet .
The reason for delay is warehouse move , but after my order which I was informed would be delayed , I was sent an offer for free delivery on my 3 rd order . I feel as a gesture of goodwill the orders delayed by moving premise should have been offered free delivery for inconvenience .

My order arrived very well packaged and in good time.
All my items were in the original packaging. The prices are excellent!
The sizes are a bit hit and miss. Unfortunately I had to return a lot of the clothes that I ordered as they were much too big. However will definitely order more items.
