Burak was incredibly helpful - he took the time to work through measurements with us and sent thoughtful recommendations for chairs that would fit our bar perfectly, both in style and colour. His product knowledge was excellent and made the decision process easy and confident.

When the shipping company had difficulties to deliver the stools on time, Burak stepped in immediately, organized a courier delivery, and made sure the chairs arrived exactly when they were supposed to. That level of follow-through and customer care really stood out.

I had been searching for stools to match some I purchased several years ago. These classic ones proved to be an exact match. The online photos were very helpful in helping me to ascertain the details before purchase.

The product is well made, and presents a low profile so the stools blend into the counter zone as opposed to being a focus.
The packaging of the stools for shipment was incredibly secure. Stools were protected and boxes tightly wrapped. Impossible to damage in shipping.
The stools are an exact match to what I have and I am happy. They were even on sale!!
