I recieved three packets of the patch product. Not a single patch can be moved from the plastic sheath. I emailed them, with a video and recieved nothing. This is a total scam.

SCAM. No contact email, phone number or address. No paperwork in the package. Overcharged me. Asked for refund and cancellation within 5 minutes. 2 weeks later they sent order regardless. No way to get in touch with them.

I wish I had reviewed Trust Pilot as I would have NEVER ordered from this company.

I contacted them via email and by submitting a request on their website (which has now been removed) less than 12 hours of
placing my order to cancel it.

I eventually got an email confirming they had received my request and asked for my reasons. I replied to say it was simply because I'd changed my mind as I'd found an alternative.

Significant time passed and a couple of chasers from me, they then sent an email to say the order already shipped and it was too late to cancel!

I've just checked the status of my order and it hasn't actually shipped yet!!!

I will be requesting my bank to recover the funds on the grounds of contacting the company to cancel and they have point blank refused.

They have also removed their contact details from the website and the ability to submit a request....

Expensive lesson learned - always check on here for reviews and thoroughly check out the website you are looking to buy from.

You people are so gullible honestly do you think this would work?

I received my order with no instructions in the box. I never received my full order that I had paid for. I emailed you to notify you of this. You asked me to send a picture of the order I received, which was sent to you.
You replied, you would look into it. I received a further email that stated I hadn't received my full order. You stated it would be sent to logistics department for the remainder of the order that had been paid for was sent out to me.
After one month of not receiving the remainder of my order I emailed you again to advise I had still not received anything from you and that I would like a refund of £39.99. You said you were going to pass this to another department to be dealt with. We are now 2 months on and I have still not had a refund. I emailed you again twice, no response.
To summarise: the patches did not work at all. Your advertisement showing the before and after pictures of what the daily patch is supposed to do, is very misleading. Your customer service has been appalling. I would never recommend this product to anyone. It has been a very disappointing experience and you have still not refunded my money for the remaining order I never received. Error after Error and no solution from Daily Patch. I am still waiting!!

Tried for 6 weeks didn’t lose a thing followed instructions on box have tried to get money back as 100% promised I’ve offered to send remaining 3 boxes back have had no response

Took nearly £60 of me .and received nothing. Can't even get in touch with them. Email address dose not respond

Appalling service!
I got buyers remorse a couple of hours after my order and emailed immediately to cancel.
They didn't respond until AFTER they had sent the order and then told me it was too late to cancel.
I pointed out these timings and surprise, surprise, no answer.
Steer clear if you want to use a vagely ehthical company... agree with previous reviewer... scam! They just kept my money.

This is called "My DAILY patch". There were 30 patches, so I assumed that meant 30 days and I was HOPING to lose the extra weight they CLAIMED. Well, FIRST of all, you have to apply a new patch every TWO HOURS, so the 20 patches lasted all of FOUR DAYS.

SECOND of all, they did NOT work. I am EXACTLY the same weight I was before and that was with a VERY restricted calorie intake.

I'm SO peeved at this, I've come off my diet.

USELESS, as someone else said, STEER CLEAR!

I ordered on the 20th May sent many messages and no satisfaction

They scammed me, I contacted them within the 30 day timeline about their product doing NOTHING that general walking and moving around wont do. Its a scam, never buy from these people. They will take your money never refund you no matter if you are on time and not an official business its all a set up scam. AVOID!

Absolute rubbish DONT BUY. Read all the reviews for this product. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Box says to replace after 2 hours then got email from them saying only wear for two hours a day.

Terrible patches that fall off after second application after 2 hours AVOID as this company does not take a 30 day refund if they don’t work as if you use one patch and it doesn’t work they say you’ve already used them.. felt ripped off

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE ALREADY SCAMMED TOO MANY PEOPLE
How can this company keep getting away with scamming people? Have read a lot of the reviews but after I had purchased the patches which did not work at all. I have tried ringing but like others have said they do not answer their phones, neither do they reply to emails of which I have sent. Next step is to try to get a refund from my bank. This has been going for about 6 weeks.

Wir konnten nicht testen ob das Pflaster hilft. Egal wo wir es hin geklebt haben hat es nicht gehalten. Wollte mein Geld zurück und Pflaster zurück schicken die noch original verpackt waren. Werde ich nie wieder bestellen. Erst nach mehreren Emails bekam ich Geld zurück. Anleitung verkehrt. Pflaster soll an der Stelle bleiben nicht umkleben. Habe später auf Anfrage das die Anleitung unverständlich ist eine neue auf deutsch erhalten. Schlecht

1) First if all the box I received wasn't hygienically sealed,
2) instructions of use is very different to the video.
3) eventually I received an email telling me NOT to follow the box instructions, and use 1 patch for 2hrs only on your upper arm ,or shoulder.
Well it's been 3 wks no change what so ever.
I believe this daily diet patch is a complete waste of money , time & effort.
Don't watch the online video, it just sucks you in, 👎 very disappointing.

To all the reviews, I haven't tried them yet so can't comment on whether they work. I can comment on customer service. I emailed as didn't have detailed instructions, within 24 hours they emailed back with full instructions.

THIS IS A SCAM THEY DO NOT WORK AND YOU WILL NEVER GET A REFUND. TRUST PILOT HAVE PUT OUT A WARNING

No instructions no contents list.
I may as well use sellotape.
This must be a scam.
