Ben was happy for us to continue to use SageOnline (other accountants we spoke to wanted us to switch to their preferred accounts software) and has expertise in exactly our type of business.

Walked me through the process of sorting out an issue with HMRC with step-by-step instructions which i'm relieved to say led to a successful resolution.

Previously having been with a standard high street style accountant, they struggled to understand the complexity of my website sales, how to handle things like COGS and how to connect data from my website to the accounts software properly. They are not helpful, don't believe what they say and the other reviews, stay away from this lacklustre company, got main staff like B (Sztka) who needs better communication skills and need better equitable skills for us customers to save money.
