Its 17 00 hrs on Friday 9th still not recieved it was paid next day delivery orders on 7th DPD as yet no delivery if it does not come tomorrow its no use as we will be on holiday till May, no one will be here to accept it so no use

Hi Ann, We're sorry to hear you're not happy with the delivery service. Unfortunately, given the weather condition, the courier has been unable to deliver your medication on time. They have specified it is taken them 1-2 days longer to deliver given the severe weather condition.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. It's hard to know which one to leave a review on, as there seems to be more than one account. Still waiting for someone to come back to me and dearly wish I had read the reviews on other accounts, before spending lots of money.

We’re sorry to hear you were not happy with the courier service. Unfortunately for any treatments we send out, you are required to be home and sign for. This is to ensure that any medication does not fall into the wrong hands.
Poor service and item dispatched late.
Poor service. Website was unclear about dispatch times. I needed an off the shelf product within 3 days so I ordered on Wednesday and chose delivery Royal Mail 48 hour service. It's 5 days later (Monday) and I've still not received the item.
Customer service response is that their terms and conditions state that the dispatch times can vary so the item was not dispatched until Friday. Definitely won't be using their service again.

Unfortunately, some items are required to be ordered in which then cause a slight delay with the weekend being so close. We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused and will feedback to the team.
Very happy with my order...would reccomend
Very happy with my order...good ease of ordering, efficiency of approval and pricing/availability. Item was packaged correctly temperature controlled and came with the needles and alcohol wipes. DPD delivery also good giving tracking and timing info to ensure I'm in to recieve.

Refunded order without giving a reason , I had to phone to find out.In my case the service needed to be improved. If your going to refuse filling an order, then you should say why. Would not recommend
