"I am confused by the positive reviews for this site. My partner bought me a gift, which arrived quickly but was the wrong item entirely. Since then, we have sent multiple emails to their support team and have been completely ignored. A review left on their own site was conveniently hidden. We have checked spam folder in case a reply was sent there. Nothing. No response, no resolution. Avoid if you value after-sale support." - Edit as the issue was resolved, sadly it came right after this review. Coincidence, bad timing? Or perhaps the review encouraged them, I've changed it to three stars as a new item was sent out and works fine. But I have left my prior review information as honestly I'm unsure if they would of done something if I had not left the review.

I made an order which arrived in time however when it arrived it was the wrong model. I contacted customer services who promptly replied and apologised for the error and immediately sent out a replacement. They also very kindly allowed me to keep the item sent in error as it had been opened. Very impressed with the customer care and their prompt replies.

i am usually coming to this store and bur my toys, and they are always fun, i have definatly no complains. their customer service is great too.. also i do prefer actual talking to someone as i needed their help this time.. i saw the email and i thought this is going to take forever, but i have been proven wrong, everything was sorted out within a couple of hours and i am greatful, thank you... do make sure you get your toys from this store, you will not be disapointed.

This toy has become a firm favourite of mine. It’s a completely new sensation, which sends tingles through my body.
I’d recommend to practice with the toy in order to get it in the right spot, but after a few try’s it’s easy to use and it won’t take long till you climax.
The design is beautiful and sleek and comes in a stunning gift box. Charging takes around 45 minutes for it to be fully changed which is a plus, so you can get straight to it. This is one of the quieter toys which I own, which is another pro to the toy.
No pain or chafing when used with Tracey’s Dog Water Based Lubricant.
Overall, a fantastic toy for beginners or experienced users of toys. My partner and I can’t wait to try it out together.

I have to compliment the excellent customer service of YPT. My toy broke in the first year and it was replaced without any additional charges. Another shipment was detained by Belgian Customs and again a new one was sent, which arrived a few days later. When the detained parcel finally was released, I got to keep both as compensation for the hassle. Top service!

I was impressed by the promptness and courtesy of Your Pleasure Toys' customer support following the purchase of a product that I believed not working properly. In reality, my understanding of the product's functionality was incorrect and I was explained nicely and friendly about the correct setting. The tiny instruction leaflet half-written in Chinese didn't help much but Your Pleasure Toys' customer support agent (Lesley) was just great!

I bought a toy from YPT in January and unfortunately last week it stopped working. I contacted the company on Monday afternoon and spoke to Lesley via email who immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent out (I was within the 12 month warranty). It arrived within 48 hours. I couldn’t be happier with the service, absolutely brilliant!
