I have used Your Plumber for multiple plumbing jobs. The service is always excellent, from the staff taking the calls in the office to the engineers who visit. They are always professional, reliable and take time to explain any issues we have had and fix them at a reasonable price. I would not hesitate in recommending Your Plumber!

CONTACTED THIS LOVELY CHAP ARRIVED VERY QUICKLY AND SORTED THE PROBLEM WHAT'S MORE IT WAS NOT EXPENSIVE.HE INFORMED ME THE TOILET HAD NOT BEEN FITTED CORRECTLY AND HAD BEEN LEAKING SINCE IT WAS FITTED THAT IS WELL OVER A YEAR AGO. HAD NO MORE PROBLEMS. CAN RECOMMEND THIS PLUMBER TO ANYBODY.

Great communication throughout & was extremely happy with the overall service provided by Your Plumber. Alfie, the heating engineer that attended my property was very punctual & professional right from the start to the time he completed the job.

So all good until time to pay. I was told bill would total £75 for a certificate. When engineer passed bill to me it came to £77. I handed over £80 and low and behold the engineer kept the change!!! I didnt say he could. Why would I tip an engineer?
Just through principle I shall not use this serbice again!
