I found YourPro on Google .filled in my request . To fix my washing machine .almost before I finished the questionnaire , I was contacted by the engineer. He made an appointment for the next day ..he could have come sooner but he explained he had to get parts for the replacement pieces .
He arrived promptly, he was friendly ,professional, explained the problem . He did an excellent job and left everything clean and tidy.
I was so happy to have my washing machine back working . The cost was very acceptable. I would highly recommend YourPro. Very efficient, ,prompt and professional .

I needed a 24/7 plumber for an emergency. YourPro made a suggestion for a 24/7 plumber, but he was only available outside 24/7 times. No other options were provided. It's my first time using the platform; really useless for an emergency.

Received a call from luke
Received a call from luke, explained to him what needed to be done, He was to come out on the Friday aftrernoon and he said he would let me know on the friiday moning what time. never contacted me. i then contacted him again and he would not be availabe till the wednesday. we agreed wednesday afternoon/ evening and would let me know on wednesday morning what time I could expect him, again no contact from him , NOT realiable
