Tap servicing at short notice
I discovered at 4pm on a Thursday that washing machine taps in my apartment needed servicing. I called 5 different plumbers, only 4 of whom could come the next day. 2 of the 4 had call-out fees that seemed excessive. Of the other 2 only Your Pro Plumber was able to come out first thing at 8 am.
Ben the plumber came out on time, worked his way through the water meters in the basement (not an easy task), and quickly fixed the my taps.
I'd certainly recommend the service they provide.

Very happy with Ben. He was very helpful and patient with all my questions. Efficient. Made sure I am ok with the quote. Gave me a heads up on possible additional charges, which I didn't need to pay because of his efficiency. I've had not too good experiences with other plumbers but I think I've found my go to plumber for future works.

Can't recommend Dean (and Ben) highly enough - punctual, informative - explained everything, and did a great job, for a very reasonable price. We were looking at a very large job which Dean explained very thoroughly. Luckily, Dean found a work around, but will definitely use Dean again in the future.

There are some things that are out of his expertise. Overall, good job.

Quick response time - it was not an urgent issue but someone was able to come within an hour. Efficient service, the second time.
