Do Not Use This Company

Booked airport park and ride at Luton Airport and paid for it last October. Changed the car details in May and the service was excellent. Didn’t receive a confirmation before we travelled to the airport on 15th August although I chased it a few days beforehand. On arrival at Airparks Luton we were told they had cancelled all booking made by Yourtravelextras who were not paying their invoices. Had to pay again for parking. Emailed Yourtravelextras customer support twice with no response. Do Not Use This Company!!! I think they are probably about to go bust.

Similar experience to the two reviews before mine - No way of contacting…

Similar experience to the two reviews prior to mine. I have been waiting a week for a response to my email other than the automated reply. This states a response within up to 72 hours but nothing. I am trying to cancel a lounge booking for next Friday and cannot find anyway of contacting them other than email. No phone numbers or anything. If I cannot cancel before then I am assuming I cannot get a refund?!

Absolutely no way to contact them other than an email address where you get absolutely no acknowledgement or response. Will be looking elsewhere next time.

I've just arrived at Manchester Jetpark…

I've arrived at Manchester Jetpark 3 car park and I couldn't get into to the car park.
I rung the bell for assistance. I was asked for my reference number,which I gave.I was told my booking had been cancelled.
I didn't cancel the booking and I have not received any emails correspondence to say it has been cancelled! I had to rebook the car park at the barriers and it has cost me an additional £101 to the £65 I have paid your travel extras! Great start to my holiday!
I'm now worried this is going to happen again at Heathrow airport as I have made a booking there too 😔

Car damaged!

I booked the meet and greet parking at Manchester Airport. On returning from our trip tired and with 3 children, I stupidly didn't think to check the car and drove it home. When I got home I noticed a huge scratched area to the passenger wheel arch where my car had clearly been driven into something. On contacting Your Travel Extras I was advised nothing could be done as they were only the booking provider. I'm my prior correspondence from them it wasn't stated that I would need to check my vehicle on return, and I assumed with it being Manchester Airport official parking that my car was in safe hands. Big mistake!

Great parking service with clean valet and extras...

I used Travel Extras for parking during a spring holiday departing and returning from London Heathrow. I got an offer by them to valet my car while I was away and they did an exceptional job. What's more my terminal changed and they offered to move my car for me! Really happy with that service. I have a family of 4 and my young boys were a little weary after their first intercontinental overnight flight home. I will recommend this company for parking and extra service helped too!

Would definitely recommend

Great, easy to use website with low prices. I had absolutely no problems booking my parking and the confirmation email came through with all the details I needed almost instantly. Would definitely recommend.

Highly Recommended - outstanding service!

I booked with these guys and the service from start to finish was absolutely outstanding. Everything was sorted for me and it was completely stress free. Exactly what I needed when the stress of a holiday is enough to manage!!

Simple, easy, stress free.

The whole process was seamless and so easy. From booking to pick up, couldn’t fault a thing. Made the process of going away so much easier and one less thing to think about. 10/10 would recommend!

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY
They charged me £33 for 2-days parking as a "meet and greet" at Southampton airport. They sent me a reference telephone number to call when I was at least 30 minutes away. I called about 7 times, no answer. Nobody was there to meet me.
The REAL super lovely parking assistants in Southampton Airport sorted me out - but I did have to pay for the "real" parking and can't see any way of contacting this company for a refund.

Thank you for your feedback Mrs Park. Emailing our customer service department via support@yourtravelextras.com, as you had yesterday evening, is the correct way of contacting us for a refund.

As mentioned in our reply, we are a booking agent and as such responsible for selling the services of car park operators. We would hope that all our suppliers are of a reputable nature, however, following your feedback we will be reviewing our relationship with this particular operator as clearly you hadn't receive the service you had paid for.

We are very sorry for the (lack of) service you received and for the inconvenience caused.

Impossible to contact

I booked airport car parking which had free cancellation. I needed to cancel but the Contact Us part of their website is broken and they have no phone number or email. Useless.

Although our websites enquires form was experiencing an error at the time you contacted us, we still had received the multiple requests for a cancellation and refund. As was mentioned in our reply the following day, your request for a refund fell within the 24 hours notice period, and so was not possible unfortunately.

Crap follow up service!

Without me asking for, or registering with them for emails, this company sent me an email advertising discounted parking. Not huge discounts but good enough to draw me in for a short trip I had planned. Submitted my details and shortly after I received a booking reference number for an airport carpark. A week later I thought to check my parking booking but the airport parking company say there's no such booking in my name or using the supplied reference number. Emailed 'Your Travel Extras' but no response a week later. Not happy and not at all sure whether my booking is valid! WHAT'S WRONG WITH A BIT OF CUSTOMER RE-ASSURANCE OR SERVICE?
