Terrible customer service
Ordered a deck and still hadn't been shipped 3 weeks later. After several emails, I received a reply (from a generic info@ address) from an unnamed person at the company saying the deck was unavailable. I asked if I could exchange. Received no reply. Another 3 weeks later, I asked for a refund. No reply. After several more attempts at contacting YOW, 6 weeks passed and I had to raise a dispute with my bank. 10 weeks have now passdd and I still haven't been refunded. They have my money, I have no product.
