They take orders and never ship. They also lie when you contact them. It took me 2 weeks to get money back and only after I threaten them to raise a claim with PayPal. Definitely a no-go.

They take orders and never ship. They also lie when you contact them. It took me 2 weeks to get money back and only after I threaten them to raise a claim with PayPal. Definitely a no-go.

Terrible experience

I canceled the order because it was taking too long to fill. I was sent an email by them telling me it was in process but had not been filled yet they insisted on charging me a cancellation fee and sent it anyway I will be reporting them to American Express
The answer below is a lie. They sent me an email saying that they were preparing the package, but the package was not prepared and not ready for delivery. I canceled it December 2 before the package was shipped, but the seller insisted on shoving it down my throat I would not buy anything from the seller again and will do everything possible to notify customers to stay away.

Scam

Scam. I bought shampoo and conditioner. Waited over a month and never got it. Finally emailed the team. Same day I got an email back from them. It said delivered. Which obviously I never got the product. Emailed asking for a refund. Never heard back. This place is a scam!!! Don’t shop here. They just take your money and don’t refund. I’m out $53 with no products.

Still not delivered.

Despite all the promises, I still do not have my products, and UPS won't even have an estimated delivery time for me. It looks like you failed to provide the information needed to clear customs.

Yoyo did not fulfill my order after successful payment and cancelled order.

Found some very specific and low population Japanese Pokémon cards and really good prices on Yoyo Japan. It almost seemed these were the last even compared to eBay at this pricing, then the price double to the next last sold.

Paid via CREDIT CARD in two seperate orders, payment was successful and the transaction amounts was deducted from my account. I then recieved confirmation of both orders, including notification that it is being prepared for shipping and and the following day a Shop app notification.

After 2 weeks I emailed enquiring about tracking and then received the reply that my payment did not go through completely order was cancelled (I did not receive any notification or query on payment or cancellation) and that they are now out of stock of all items.

I contacted my Bank who informed me that Yoyo Japan Store has not accepted/released the fund on their side and it is still pending approval from them.

It seems to me they didn't approve payment and cancelled my order without notice in the mean time the value of these cards has gone 4x and so I am questioning if they realised they were selling it for too low and simply did not approve the sale to resell at higher price.

Order and shipment went perfectly

I ordered green tea, four different varieties in total (13 pieces). All arrived in Germany within 13 days. They were beautifully packaged, with a small snack as a gift. It worked very well; I'll order again.

Positive experience

Reviews here very mixed but my first experience ordering from YoyoJapan was excellent. Quality product (dishwasher-proof flask) unavailable in UK was delivered in 10 days at competitive price, though shipping was understandably expensive. Would use again.
UPDATE: I have used again and another positive experience.

Warehouse Fulfilment Issues

Ordered 10 items from them, all 10 out of stock. Poor communication and customer service in emails when I replied to them. Doesn't look like I am the first person to experience this.

Stock is not updated and never answers their email.

Ordered Pokemon cards from them. Their website showed a few in stock. I ordered some and paid $237 Canadian Dollar. I followed up but they never responded. Then they cancelled my order and jacked up the prices. DO NOT put item in stock if you do not have stock and how can you jack up the price when you have no stock. The company is a scam and fraud and should be taken down. You should honor the price for me and get stock. Very bad experience.

The best from Japan

Best purchase from Japan, best service and the customer service is the best. Unfortunately the Moringa product with the chestnuts is not available, but I was allowed to choose something else and they explained everything to me. It was delivered on time, unfortunately the chocolate waffle horn from Meiji was not included, but I wrote an email and the money was transferred to me through Paypal. I honestly can't write anything negative, the experience was good. Unfortunately, products are too expensive.

Amazing

The only company that had what I wanted so I took a chance and ordered before researching about them. Completely legitimate website and super fast shipping to Hawaii from Japan! Items came in less than a week. Will be ordering from again.
