Avoid at all costs
Seeing others share, here is a post I shared to Yr Pod’s Facebook page back in August 2022…

So very disappointed and upset by this company. I so wanted to be able to be positive about the end product.
Unfortunately, this is not the case.
The background:
Around this time last year they finished our garden room, yes we had delays who didn’t - covid/brexit. We were quoted 10 weeks start to finish, it was more like 5 ish months!
The communication during the process was shocking in itself, Jules basically told me to shut up times are tough.
I lost count the number of times they let us down or just didn’t return calls/emails.
Dan said that everything was under guarantee.
Fast forward to now! I have counted 7 emails with no responses, I can’t comment the amount of calls that we have both made where they have ignored and not returned our calls.
The decking that was put together was with faulty screws, they have rusted and in some cases sheered off. They have been round, looked at it said they will get it fixed though all this chasing is getting us nowhere.
To say we are at our wits end is an understatement.
To think, had they come and fixed the decking like they said they would, I would not be shouting negatively about them.
Here’s hoping a solution is made and they are able to redeem themselves.
It seems that we could be counted as “the lucky ones”. After this post in August and my husbands negative review. He did get in contact and fix our issues.
He asked us to take down our posts, not on your nelly mate. People need to know what/who they are dealing with.
