Order not received

Ordered 2 collars and a leash 2 months ago. Haven't received anything, and the FedEx website says it hasn't received the package. I've emailed the company numerous times. They've responded a couple of times, saying the order would be sent the next day. Nothing. Zero stars.

AVOID This Company!!!

AVOID!! I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering from this website.

I ordered a collar from this website in December, it's been over a month since it was ordered and it has not arrived, nor has it been sent as I have not been provided with a tracking number.

I have emailed the company on a number of occasions and have not had a response.

Unfortunately for this company another one star review from me

Disappointing client service

Unfortunately, a big disappointment. I ordered a custom-made harness, but it is completely different from what I chose/bought on the website. They made something completely different and sent it to me. They refuse to help and no longer respond to my emails. So unfortunately, I ended up with a harness that I don't like and therefore don't use. Very disappointing.

Gut Ding will Weile haben - Good things take time

Ich habe ein maßangefertigtes Geschirr von Yupcollars bestellt.
Auf der deutschen Seite stand leider nicht, wie lange die Lieferung für eine Maßanfertigung dauert. Aus diesem Grund habe ich den Support kontaktiert und nach ein paar Tagen eine sehr freundliche Antwort erhalten.
Die Lieferzeit beträgt etwa 30 WERKtage.
Nach knapp sechs Wochen kam mein Geschirr auch tatsächlich an.
Die Qualität ist wirklich toll. Das Geschirr passt perfekt und sieht sehr schön aus.
Gut finde ich auch, dass das Geschirr von jedem Schuster repariert werden könnte.

I‘ve ordered a custom made harness from Yupcollars.
It took about six weeks to get my order.
The quality is very good. And it fits perfectly.
If required the harness is easy to repair by a shoe repairer.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME - Go to a local leather craftsman instead!!! Once Yup collars were well made now basic quality for the price. I had a second hand yup that was about 5 years old. The quality was great so I ordered a brand new one direct from the website - what a terrible difference! The leather wasn’t cut well, stitching not smooth and all buckles and clasps were plastic! I couldn’t trust the lead to safely connect my dog as it would spontaneously open! The colours were not matching as I had specifically asked about and as for the customer service - non existent! It’s been 6 months and I’ve emailed all of their addresses every few weeks but they choose to just not respond. I spent $700 on a custom service dog harness, “matching” collars x2 and custom leads x2. The only usable item was the harness and even then I had to get a local leather craftsman to fix better hardware.

Ordered a harness for a guide dog and a hands free leash.

The clasp on the handle has a manufacturing defect and was not punched through correctly. As a result it does not close making it unusable.

The customer service said as it was a custom product it could not be returned.

The handsfree leash that was sent was a normal leash and completely different to the one pictured on the website and was not handsfree at all.

The total order cost over $500 and it completely unusable and not fit for purpose. I have reached out several times for a resolution with no response. Very poor service.

Also the I noticed the design of the harness is not suitable for any type of service dog especially a guide dog as it is not secure or ridged enough to provide the proper feedback to the handler. They should not be selling these products without the appropriate knowledge of the application.

3 stars overall averaging craftmanship into the equation.

5 stars for craftsmanship, 2 stars for ease of use (difficult to adjust), and two stars for service. Average star rating: 3 stars. I ended up donating the collar; I should have thrown it away. Did not want to pass problems on to someone else. My dog doesn't need craftsmanship; he needs a secure working collar that will adjust to fit.

Placed a custom order for a service dog…

Placed a custom order for a service dog harness 9 weeks ago. No updates, no replies to any emails. Given it was for a service dog, their lack of communication is even worse.

Seeing other reviews, I recommend canceling through your payment method if you're still waiting — even if they ship, they clearly don’t care about customers anymore. If there’s a problem with your order, they won’t fix it.

Funny enough, I still get emails from them saying "it's been a while" and asking me to place a new order. Absolutely not recommended.

Terrible experience

I'm sorry I trusted YupCollars for my assistance dog's equipment. I ordered a harness over 1 ½ years ago. They sent the wrong model and said they would send a replacement when I pointed out the mistake. A few months later I had to contact them again because they hadn't sent me anything: "I'll send it to you right away".

Well, I'm still waiting. They have stopped responding to my emails and ignored my attempts to contact them. Customer service seems to have disappeared.

Still no harness, no answer, no apology. I'm disabled and I'm worried they could do this to other vulnerable customers. I have been extremely patient.

I absolutely DO NOT recommend YupCollars to anyone! Especially if you're disabled.
