My eyes became infected overnight! Also, I did not sign up for the monthy prescrpition! Was charged for 4 tubes up front as well. Don't order this product.

4 of us went in equally for the buy 2 get 2 free sale, only received one. Messaged the company was told order was fulfilled with the XXL size, looks like we need to used it like the Jeans out of the movie:
The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. If you are expecting more than one unit for the buy multiple units, you will be sadly mistaken. Was looking at buying more multiples for gifts, glad I only ordered once first. Postage took nearly a month to arrive!!!!

If I could do 0 stars I would. This company is sly so be careful when purchasing. I made a purchase buy one get one free of the Korean mask and in a hidden part of the purchase refill subscription was automatically ticked. Money is being taken from my account with no response by seller. PayPal declined my dispute. Be very careful!! And if your someone that’s made this mistake with this company contact bank immediately as they will dispute and cancel all payments and block the seller.

Very disappointed with my experience.

I made a one-off purchase from Yuri Korean Beauty and was later charged again without my authorisation. I did not knowingly sign up for any subscription or recurring payment, so seeing another deduction from my account was extremely concerning.

I contacted the company immediately to request a refund and an explanation, but I have received no response. Instead, I received an email advising that the order had been shipped despite me clearly stating that I had not authorised the purchase.

As a result, I have had to contact my bank and take steps to protect my account. The lack of communication and support has been incredibly frustrating.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and would advise others to carefully check any terms and monitor their bank statements after purchasing.

The product itself is AMAZING but there were hidden subscription fees of further $70USD when I bought a one off product pack of 2 bottles. The subscription is so hidden in the transaction terms it went undetected as an extra step to close the online purchase.
Luckily my Aussie bank picked up the additional 2 attempted transactions ( attempts 2 days apart) and denied it because it was detected as an international online purchase. I had to then email the Yuri support team and request cancellation of any recurring payments or subscriptions. They did reply within 48 hrs confirming subscription was cancelled but to err on the side of caution I cancelled the card and got new one issued. A total pain because of other auto debits! Beware of the hidden subscription!!!!!!!
