I purchased around 10 bottles of perfume at a total cost of 190gbp, around 950 aed. I followed the instructions to macerate the fragrances. After a month into using the fragrances, I can honestly say they smell really light and do not last more than max 2 hours. Some fragrances do not even smell close to the original notes. I visited their store in deira, very rushed experience. The staff member who mixed the fragrances was rushing and it felt like there was no actual effort or pride put into his work.
Do not be fooled by the social media hype, unless you have money to waste.

On.my first order i was skeptical and I ordered same brands that I owned originally.follow instructions and with time Yusuf Bhai recreations are very accurate for a decent price.

I bought 13 bottles of perfume from yousuf bhai Abudhabi branch , staff mr Osama was very polite n customer service is excellent. Shop is over crowded . They are loaded with mixing , packing , delivery n sales , appreciate their patience in dealing customers. I would suggest that the branch should have seperate mixer so he can focus on mixing so longevity issue can be resolved. My appreciation to mr Osama for his dedication .

Order selection of different sprays - hit & miss with fragrance lasting smells - some lasting 7-8 hrs - some few hours & some just don't last at all - have had issues with 2 bottles - 1 doesn't spray - sent them video link - response was tap top of bottle - absolute joke - still doesn't work & was promised a response but still waiting till today - other bottle leaks & sprays inconsistent - received update response after chasing up again & only to be told - " we can't arrange redelivery but we discount on next order" shambles of customer service - why would any1 want to re order when the 1st time around is not being sorted & still waiting till this day for further response to their unethical replies

Worst customer experience ever!

Hate to say, purchased 3 perfumes online, and had the worst experience ever, late shipment where i had to cancel the order, and they never issued the refund till now.

items returned to them and has been 18 days as of now, and refund is not issued, and customer experience is ignoring me for weeks.

I visited this perfume store in Dubai and had a wonderful experience! The perfumes are amazing—rich, long-lasting, and beautifully crafted. My custom perfume was ready in just 15 minutes, which was very impressive. The staff also explained that it’s important to store the perfume in the fridge to preserve its quality. The scent stays with you all day, and the overall quality is excellent. Don’t let any negative reviews fool you—this place is definitely worth visiting!

Worst people , i asked for refund they are saying we will cut the shipping charges which is 469aed even I didn’t opened any perfume.

Guys awake awake worst fragrance ever used

- Went to he flagship store in Deira (Dubai). Place was packed and NO procedure or effort to keep things systematic. You had to push through the crowd and yell just to get any attention.
- I purchased 3 perfumes. Two were original YB creations pre-made and boxed, and the third was an inspiration of Amouage Royal Tobacco which they already list on their website (so they have the recipe already).
- The person who made my Amouage Royal Tobacco dupe was a KID. He could not have been more than 23 years old. He made it in less than 2 minutes. This made me very nervous.
- You could clearly see the staff was very agitated, under staffed and poorly managed. Most of the staff had quite poor customer service and were curt.
- ALL THREE FRAGRACES WERE A DISAPPOINTMENT, EVEN THOUGH I FOLLOWED INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING STORAGE FOR THE ONE THEY MADE IN STORE. While i tested the 2 YB fragrances at the store, i am convinced that the store was choking in different fragrances that i did not get a clear understanding of what i am purchasing. That is also my fault - but after coming home and even after 3 months of letting them macerate/maturate - i can tell you that all 3 fragrances are a disappointment. I gave 1 of them away and the other 2 i had to throw in the garbage.

CONCLUSION - Perhaps back in the day YB was decent when he had his 1 store and he was not famous on social media. But now it is ALL social media fluff. All those stupid videos you see of people coming in and asking him to recreate a smell from a piece of clothing, ITS ALL SOCIAL MEDIA BULL. Go buy a proper affordable or clone fragrances from the more established mid-tier brands! And by any chance you're hoping to run into him in his stores - forget it, he is busy with his social media.

I am disappointed, this is my subjective assessment, the quality of the perfume is tragic, there is not even a connection to the originals. Avoid this perfumery.

I first came across Yusuf Bhai’s videos randomly on YouTube while I was in Denmark. His energy and confidence caught my attention, and since I happened to be visiting Dubai this week, I decided to check out the shop myself.

Black Orchid by Tom Ford has been my signature scent for years. Considering its iconic status, rich profile, and premium price tag, I was honestly skeptical that anyone could replicate it well. But to my surprise, the version I got from their store near the Gold Souq was spot on. The scent is a perfect 1:1 match—deep, luxurious, and long-lasting. I was so impressed, I ended up buying a second bottle on the spot.

That said, the in-store experience was… chaotic, to say the least. The shop felt more like a packed fruit bazaar than a refined perfumery—overcrowded, loud, and disorganized. Definitely a 0/5 when it comes to ambiance and shopping experience.

If you're looking to try their perfumes, I’d 100% recommend skipping the madness and ordering online instead. You'll get the same amazing product without the stress of navigating that hectic shop environment.

Bad quality, slow shipping and very bad customer service

Do not risk spending your money on this horrible place!!! I placed an order 15/Jan and they never sent the perfume. I contacted them numerous times and they lied or fobbed me off. It’s April and still no product! They are actually thieves!!! I know I will never get my money back now

Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs!

I ordered from Yusuf Bhai’s online shop and spent 200€, expecting a smooth transaction. Instead, it took them two weeks just to ship the package. Then, after 3 weeks, the package completely disappeared with Aramex.

I contacted them three times by email—no response at all. No customer service, no tracking updates, and absolutely no effort to resolve the issue. This has been a huge waste of time and money. I do not recommend buying from them!

The team especially 3 Arabic staff ( 02 ladies one Arabic guy bold one ) very very unprofessional, very unpleasant way of dealing with me and my guests who travel far to see the perfumes for unique experiences to purchase , Indian guy when asking about the perfume making he interrupts and starts taking to his friend . Also when paid no one said what to do and waited long time before anyone attend to make the perfumes. Never will I send anyone to the Yusuf Bhai Branch Moza Plaza 2. This type staff bring down the business and the reputation. The entire team should go learn what is perfumery and hospitality and genuine customer service from Aswad perfumes their team is so genuine and kind and even most knowledgeable about perfume.
