On contacting YuYu customer service early this week with a product issue, I received a very quick response from Dani, who was immediately extremely happy to help and keen to better understand and resolve the issue. Today, just a few days later, Dani has solved the issue and offered a solution that couldn’t be more pleasing and fair for the customer. I cannot praise the service I have received enough and in having been looked after so well by Dani. I also highly recommend the wonderful YuYu brand and various products. Thank you so much!

I accidentally ordered 2 YuYus so I contacted customer sales and they immediately cancelled my duplicate order. Then I was out when it was delivered so it got returned to the depot. I couldn’t find the delivery note to re book the delivery so YuYu customer services got the re delivery sorted for me. There was nothing that was too much trouble for Hannah and I love my bright pink fluffy YuYu! Thank you.

Wow! Fabulous product, great customer service. Thanks Dani for ensuring the parcel got to me before I left for London. It was a present for a good friend, and she loves it!

I ordered a hot water bottle for my mum for Christmas. Due to circumstance Parcelforce could not deliver and returned it. I contacted customer services and they sent out a new orders directly to my mum the same day. Thank you Dani for outstanding customer service.

I have just received my YuYu bottle which I am delighted with. I made a mistake with the address when ordering online but thanks to the help of Dani at YuYU, my parcel has now arrived. Was given a YUYU bottle years ago and it was the best present ever! I basically live with mine attached to me now. I replaced my very well-worn bottle back in January but unfortunately my new one developed a leak. I raised this with their customer service team who were really quick to deal with the email and send me a replacement. Couldn't be happier with the service.

The product is fantastic! I used it on a very hot Florida on a recent trip to keep cool. I have also used on a recent calf tear, and it was great.
The support team are amazing. Dani is a superstar and sorted my delivery in record time.

I absolutely adore my Yuyu bottles.
I bought one for my winter swimming, as I was interested in the wearable nature of it and I love it so much I actually now have 3 of them - and have recently ordered the ice version for sport recovery.

Easy to fill, and they retain heat so well that I also have used them across winter to top up the warmth instead of putting my heating on.

I also really like the range of cases available. I am a rugby fan so naturally went for the Red Roses design, but also love the waffle cases and colours.

I did have a couple of questions before purchasing and reached out to the team at Yuyu bottle who were friendly, quick to respond, and very helpful.

Whenever I take these swimming with me, I always get asked about them and I 10/10 do recommend them.

Absolutely love my YuYu!! Have had for about 2 years now :) I recently lost the stopper and was able to order a new one from their website. Also got a YuYu as a present for my sister while I was there.

I just bought my third YuYu. I have chronic headache and migraine, alongside back pain, and no other hot water bottle is better, especially for durability. I make at least five a day, so it’s just perfect and something I can’t live without.

Not only are the hot water bottles and the covers a cut above any you will find else where but the customer service is exemplary. I ordered one for a friend and didn’t enclose a message. I emailed them to say this and they held back my gift until I had composed a message and then they included this in the package. They also told me they had done so. I call that service going the extra mile.

Returned and order as an unwanted gift. Was advised to return by recorded delivery which I did. Received proof of return 12 days ago and still no refund. Customer care is non existent by phone and emails are not replied to. Would definitely advise potential customers to shop elsewhere because YUYU are quite simply a shambles of a company to deal with

I had a problem with my yuyu bottle and contacted customer services to ask if I could try a new cap. After afew emails going bk and forth to ascertain the problem and confirm which bottle I had ( I have to say each of my emails were answered within a day), I am now awaiting a brand new bottle. Excellent customer services. 100% recommend, and cant wait to have a yuyu bottle again. Thankyou

I bought a replacement hot water bottle for a yuyu we bought years ago. The original one has been used daily this winter but was looking a bit worn so I thought I'd better get a new one. Thrilled that yuyu still trading and as ethical as ever. Bottle came really quickly and has been put straight into use.

Great product, mum loves it. Gift box was broken though so wouldn’t recommend that, bit of a shame
