Ordered on July 28th and still have not received anything. Contacted them by email with no response. At this point I’ll be disputing the charge with my bank.

I placed an order at the end of June under the impression it would take just a few days to arrive. After weeks of silence, I had to chase for an update, only to be told it would be weeks before stock was available — by which point the birthday I’d bought it for had already passed.
Eventually, I received an email saying the order had been shipped, but after more weeks of waiting nothing arrived. When I chased again, I was bluntly told the order had been lost and that if I wanted a replacement I’d have to wait indefinitely, with no clear timeframe given.
What has shocked me most is the complete lack of care from this company. I have had to chase every single update, the replies have been blunt and dismissive, and I have never once received an apology for the inconvenience caused. Having worked in customer service myself, I know this level of treatment is far below standard.
I still want the product, but the way this has been handled has been appalling. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering — because if something goes wrong, don’t expect good communication, accountability, or even a basic apology.
If I could give this business zero stars, I would. Product order took four + weeks to arrive after purchase. That was only the beginning… The product is absolute garbage. I ordered a hoodie and what came was a skimpy thin sweatshirt made in China. Poor quality is an understatement. The vinyl applied was terrible quality and inaccurate compared to the origina. , There were spelling mistakes on the back side with the concert lineup. I’ve sent three emails asking how to return the item and get my money back. It has been 10 days and I’ve received no reply. However, last night I received an email notification that they are shipping me another.. I do not want another and that was clear in my emails. This has been so frustrating because this sweatshirt cost me over $100 Canadian and I don’t even think I could give it away on Marketplace.
I think I’ve been scammed. Ordered on November 26th. Payment cleared but have received no information since. Sent email with no response and there is no tracking information. Order say unfulfilled. Very unsatisfied.
This is horrible customer service, I have sent 6 emails and no response. I paid over a hundred dollars for a sweatshirt that is still saying ready to ship but never shipped. I ordered this the first week of December and now my daughter will not get her Christmas present that she wanted the most. Absolutely horrible customer service.
It has been 9 weeks since my order and no contact has been made except a very short email saying an item is out of stock and no reply after. It was supposed to be a gift and now I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. Terrible customer service and no concern for customers. I feel like the products will never be shipped at this point it’s ridiculous.
Update- One day after my TrustPilot review was posted I was contacted by the seller with instructions on how to return the item. I was credited the proper amount once the seller received my item. Fishy timing, but I hope they have improved their customer service, as the product was well constructed.
