Zank Payments completely failed to deliver on their promises. I applied for a merchant account on June 10, 2025, and submitted everything they asked for — business documents, fulfillment proof, website updates, and multiple clarifications. For over 30 days, they gave me the same generic updates: “you’re next,” “waiting on the underwriter,” “should be done soon.” Over and over again.
Even after supposedly approving my application, they delayed final steps with no urgency or accountability. Their team recycled the same responses for weeks. I lost time, I lost money, and they never took ownership of anything. Just blamed other parties like PayFacto or People’s Trust.
Zank Payments is disorganized, evasive, and shows no respect for small business owners trying to launch properly. If you value your time and your business, avoid them at all costs.
