Order acknowledged but not one piece of information about delivery received and no delivery.

Surprise surprise all links to Zanui info have been and are dead and the site is removed. A change of ownership is no excuse for slack supply chain performance.

Bought thousands of $ with Zanui so far but no more and I advise you to also search out alternatives.

Now, there's no way to contact the company, the website is removed. No email or contact link, nothing!

This is is a scammer business and with new owners will get doubtlessly get worse.

Says delays up to 10 days because I'm remote(ish) but that was more than a month ago.

A company's internal dynamic is irrelevant to purchasers. Raise a ruckus and vote with your $$$ … go somewhere else.

Simple!

Unable to contact and what appears to be unusual activity

I have placed an order and received an unusual email back from Zanui saying that they have credited my account with a small amount 0.02c and I am to respond to the email. If I don’t respond to the email they will refund my money. I did not receive a confirmation email for my order.
My Hotmail account is now locked because someone has tried to access my hotmail.
Seem to be unable to contact them as I now can’t email and their phone number does not appear to be working.
Can anyone help me with this please

I had 4 Ivy storage cabinets delivered…

I had 4 Ivy storage cabinets delivered last week , unfortunately 2 doors came with scratches on the front doors. I notified the company , within 24 hours , Carla from
Customer service was on the case and came back to me with a swift resolution to my problem. Was very happy with the outcome , did not have to chase them , Carla was quick to sort my issue out and was very happy with the outcome. Thank you Carla , you were great and made the process stress free, I’ll be back for more products. 10/10

Shoddy goods
I was very disappointed that some chairs which I ordered from Zanui broke without any excessive wear and tear after 4 years. (2 of which they were effectively in storage because of lockdown). Customer service didn't want to acknowledge any responsibility on behalf of their Company for the integrity of their products and just hid behind their minimum terms. These chairs were not cheap.

We have looked into our case with our internal returns and inspections team, as you have had these chairs for over 4 years it is no longer under warranty. Please know, we have assessed this item and have confirmed that it is not faulty, but rather wear and tear.

Efficient and responsive support

I recently received an order that was slightly damaged. After contacting customer support my enquiry was dealt with quickly and professionally. Mike was able to offer me several options the problem was resolved within the day. Thank you again for your courteous and helpful customer service.

Great customer service

Great customer service. I mistyped my email address when I ordered and Carla was very helpful in finding out what the problem was and providing me the info I needed. :)

Mike was so helpfull

Mike was so helpfull! As I was unable to send photos throught the chat on Zanui's site he sent an email to me to reply and I could get my kids to help. A refund was made.

I will NEVER use this company again

I will NEVER use this company again. Before making my order I specifically emailed to ask the delivery time -
I was ordering a mattress because I just moved to Australia. They said the delivery will take maximum 7 business days.

It's been 2 weeks since I made my order and I still haven't received it. They won't let me refund and so I've been sleeping on my floor since I can't get a refund to buy a new one elsewhere.

They then told me the expected delivery time is another 5-15 business days so overall the wait time is minimum 3 weeks not 7 business days as the initially told me. If I had known this I wouldn't have ordered!

They haven't offered any support such as a refund, discount, or faster delivery.

Good outcome

I bought a clock from Zanui that stopped working. The process took some time, but I eventually received my refund from Carla, who was very helpful.

Complicated refund

The refund was complicated but I found communicating through the chat helpful as I needed to take photos of the products and upload them and my internet was slow. Mike was very patient with every step in the process.

Excellent Customer Care

Zanui is my go-to for interiors and household items. Great array of products and regular sales with great customer care. I recently ordered an item that was incorrectly displayed on the site and when I contacted Zanui, Mike from Customer Care was prompt and professional ensuring the item was returned and refunded in a timely manner. Thank you, it makes me confident to buy again.

Outdoor table

I ordered an outdoor table, it arrived promptly and was good quality. However the design was incompatible with the legs on my existing chairs. As I can not afford new chairs and have not got room for an extra table it had to go back.
Mike at Zanui organised to have it picked up and offered a reasonable refund.
I would deal with Zanui again.

I contacted Mike at Zanui who was very helpful in organising the return of 3 pendant lights (they were too big for the space). He went above and beyond in providing constant contact and arranged to deal with the courier himself to save me the stress. Ended up being a positive outcome.

I purchased artificial flower and came so quickly. I needed to return as it was very large and didn’t suit my room. I called and the answered quickly and the return process was very easy and smooth. I am very happy with their customer service. I will be purchasing from them again.
