Literally ordered something and waited for 2 weeks with 0 information, sent emails and got 0 response, the SHOP tracker didnt get updated till 3 weeks later when it was 2 days away, once it arrived it looked nothing like the product i asked, the letters where way out of line, they messed up and printed a letter on the backside of the right arm instead of the front like the other side.
If I could give a 0 I would - Never received my order. No phone number to call - I sent numerous inquiries and then went through Etsy to find someone to contact. The girl said it was a different department - after the email exchange my SHOP APP updated to say my order was IN TRANSIT from York PA??? But still have not received anything.
Stephanie/ ZaotifyFabic are great super quick response. There was an issue with my order she was quick to fix the problem. I highly recommend anyone to shop with her.
Love my sweatshirt! Such good quality and well made😍
I would size down when ordering. I ordered a medium and it seemed like a large. This seller helped me get the right size. Great customer service. I will buy from here again.
