Ordered two products from Zap Clothing. One garment missing and they are refusing to refund me, making out it is me who is being dishonest. Absolutely disgraceful service, luckily i ordered with a credit card and will always do so when order online due to scumbag firms like this.

This is the worst company I have EVER dealt with my son placed an order back in feb the item was supposed to be shipped in 2-3 days we ended up waiting 10 days to hear nothing then I go out of my way to contact them just for them to tell me that the order is fraud Risk and refund our order that was march 2 it’s now march 10th and we still have not received the money back yet I would never recommend ANYONE ever purchase from them

Zap has been my go-to for luxury goods for a while now. Once I discovered them, I can help but keep coming back! They have the best prices on most of their items and they frequently offer discounts on top of their already great prices. Also, I’m in the United States and the shipping is still fantastic, quicker than many things I order from here! My wife always tells me she wishes she could find a place like Zap Clothing for women! With all that said, I obviously highly recommend! Legit company, legit merchandise, legit shipping!

Ordered a set of shorts and payed for them online asked for proof of my address that we've lived in over 5 years and never ever had to do this in my life sent a copy of electric bill in my name and address asked do you live in a house I said it's s park home they then cancelled the order not happy as this is racial because we said we live in a park home but happy we get deliveries all the time its not a caravan site at all its for me and my family no other familys on there and yes my name was on the card complete lies you wont even pick the phone up to speak go on google maps and you will see its not a carvan site so you dont like people in caravans then so you are racial i can send you reciepts from louis vuitton dior ect from orders weve had delivered ect no one trying to con you out of a pair of shorts
