This company has terrible customer service and only cares about money. They sent me someone else’s order. Then after 2 weeks from my original order date, they resent my order via a different mail service and told me it would take 5-12 weeks to arrive and they refused to give me any kind of refund or make it right in any way. Sadly, it was just a sample sticker sheet and I was going to be ordering many more from them, but now they lost my business. I disputed the charge and my cc company sided with me. Just a terrible experience overall.

Edit to response: An non-empathetic sorry while stating your shipping policies isn’t necessary and only makes you look worse… YOU made a mistake and sent me the wrong items, causing shipping time to be weeks, possibly months longer. And it was a sample sticker sheet. Could fit in an envelope with basic postage. Not going to pay 20gbp just to get an envelope. You fail to understand what customer service is about.

I am a first time customer and am very pleased with these Eco Metal Pin Badges, which arrived today. Zap! Creatives' process has been expert, professional throughout and the results show that.

I've placed several orders for wooden charms and wooden pins with Zap! Creatives and love the results. The printing is crisp and vibrant, the artwork setup and proofing process is super simple, and their tracked shipping to the US is fast. I always appreciate the extras they include (presumably in case of breakage or printing errors). Looking forward to ordering again!

Quality products and customer service. Ordered A5 glossy vinyl sticker sheet, customer service was quick to answer my questions and proof, package arrived fast. Colors on sticker sheet are nice and quality is good.

Horrible experience. They attempted to do trans and pride flags with missing colors when they were unable to do the design, not giving a single fly about what those flags are supposed to be for, and refused to refund it, holding my money hostage, until I called them out on it.

Being an idiot, I tried to re-order with different designs, edited and changed to match what their limited service was capable of doing, and they just denied service and cancelled my order with no communication whatsoever.

I do not recommend dealing with this business at all.

They work with you to get your design correct, wonderful wooden charms!

Great products! I have been using Zap for a couple of years now and love their products. They are always high quality and if there are any issues they are rectified quickly. I particularly love the wooden charms and it's great that they are trying to make things as sustainable as possible!

Just got some BG3 stickers from them and the quality of them is amazing! I only really get from ZAP when they have sales going on because the discounted price plus the free shipping is amazing. Honestly the only place I would ever get 4 inch stickers from is zap. I will say the bleed line is very small which isn't a problem if that's what you're looking for but it is something to note since I feel like it gets smaller with every order. Stickers are amazing quality, a bit thin but they get the job done if you're just looking for something nice; and they tend to send more than what you ordered, I got 40 extra stickers with an order of 100.

Brilliant quality products always - I've had pins and charms (both wooden and acrylic) Sticker sheets and die cut stickers and they quality has always been outstanding. The colours are always so vivid and finish is perfect. Would highly recommend

Zap! are the best quality UK based merch producer I could find when researching for my charity fanzine project and so far they have lived up to the expectation.

I am someone who struggles with art proofs so their artwork setup service has been invaluable. The quality of the output has been consistent, well packaged and protected and also fairly speedy. I will continue to order from them for future projects. My only wish is that my designs make it to their social media in future!

I ordered a sample pack came very quickly and their customer service team have responded to email enquiries quickly.

Despite some slightly unhelpful and slow interactions with customer service, the delivery arrived today and the stickers look really good! The website was fairly straightforward to navigate + we're really happy with the product that arrived - it's just a shame that the customer service team weren't as helpful as I would have liked, which let them down a little.

Great stickers, I’ve used them a couple of times now and they always give me a couple extra stickers than what I order :)
The time it takes them to send proofing is fast, I wish production was a little faster, but I usually get my stickers within 10 days, so not bad at all :)

I bought the single-sided acrylic charms and the quality was fantastic, colours really popped and I'm very pleased with them! The process took some time, but I selected the standard deliver so that's to be expected, and was still very much worth the wait. It was also nice to talk to the staff regarding the design proofs and being able to respond with my queries. They were very helpful and got everything right. I was a bit confused at first trying to understand the process, such as ordering 25 charms of 3 designs and how that would work, I even stated to them that I was expecting an uneven number of different designs, but I was pleasantly surprised when I was given a few extra rather than cut short in this circumstance. Very much appreciated! I was recommended ZAP by a friend and I will definitely be ordering from here again.
