Brilliant service at low cost , great value for money

Working with the team at Zapped has been great. They've delivered what I was looking for with the website, the design and features. Lee has over delivered on things I didn't know I needed. We're ramping up the seo so I'm looking forward to seeing the results from that. Highly recommend.

I needed to revamp my tired looking website so I let Zappeddigital design everything to see what they came up with. I wasn’t disappointed! Great colour scheme, smooth interaction and very user friendly across all platforms. They really understood the message I wanted to convey. Very professional, great communication and a real quick turn around. Thanks Lee and the team!

It started off fine
They promised the world as you do to get business. They take care of everything for a reasonable price. Great. After 3 months got not a single call. After 5 months had 1 call.
I didn’t expect miracles but this was pathetic.
Went on google. I couldn’t bee seen at all . Typed in domain name - Nothing . Invisible.
So I rang the person dealing with my site and she advised I click the link to get my site.
I said that’s irrelevant. An individual isn’t going to have this link. He’ll type in damp work and he’ll never ever see my site. So she said the technician will look into it . I could hear she was getting ruffled . I then calmly said also the on the local maps I was not appearing . She began to argue with me … ohh we don’t do that it’s up to you .
I calmly said the guys that did my previous site did it for me . As I was trying to make my point was interrupting me all the time.
I said can you let me finish.
She exploded into roaring at me . She didn’t like that I was asking difficult questions which weren’t actually difficult she was just incompetent. Then it was ohh we used to do that . Now We Don’t!!!
I said ohh that’s nice or you to let me know at the beginning of my contract this isn’t ..
As she was shouting at me in full loud mouth mode it was impossible to continue

Lee & Caroline at Zapped Digital have been great, from designing my website and posting blogs, plus doing there work behind the scenes to get my Company higher on Google search. And when doing my blogs, with detail description of the photos I sent in are great.

Had a call from these guys a few months back about changing my website. You know one of those calls you usually hang up. But the guy on the other end of the phone sounded honest and wasn’t asking for anything upfront! it just felt right. So i thought what have got to loose. After a week my first home page came through and it looked great. So we went ahead. Two weeks in and leads a coming in already. Very happy with this so far and super excited to see how far it goes.
