The product is beautiful and it was shipped in a very secure crate and arrived in perfect condition. The only reason for the loss of a star was that I had requested a different length for the chord on the pendant light.

The item description said alternate lengths where available on request, however, there was nothing on the order form to request a different length. After utilizing the chat option I was told to just order it then send an email to the customer service address and request the alternate size. I sent the email with my name and order number and got no response. After another email attempt I then tried the chat again and they said it should go through. Well, after several weeks the beautiful copper pendants arrived, but with the default length chord. Now I’m looking into finding some chord and re-wiring myself.

Everything is beautiful, but our faucet after instillation started leaking, I thought it was just messy kids, but then found it was the actual faucet. Their customer service is terrible! They said they would fix this and they sent a new one that is a mess and the measurements are completely different than what we have and than what the website says and the brass is a mess with marks all over. I am very disappointed.

I recently purchased a 6” copper shower head from Zayian and I’m very happy with the quality of it and the price was very reasonable.
I would purchase from them again.

The light is beautiful! It looks like it did on line. The outside color is exactly what I wanted, and the copper on the inside is perfect. I was impressed with the way it was packed for shipping also. It arrived with no damage. Tracking the package was impossible though.

The products are beautiful. They totally lived up expectations. And the arrive relatively quickly considering that they came from the other side of the Atlantic.

The sink was a perfect size. Quality seems good.

Communication was excellent regarding delivery and the product was beautiful. Very happy with our purchase, we will be ordering another for our second bathroom 😊

I ordered a custom mirror from the Zayian team. Their communication re the order was superb as we discussed my non-standard request. Just as superb was the quality of the mirror. Their craftsmanship exceeded my expectations.

Purchased Brass shower system with handles and rough in valve included along with 2 faucets for the vanities. All the products had defects and were unable to use. Both the shower and the faucets leaked. Contractor said the products had tiny holes in the brass pipes. Total junk! The entire purchase of $1458 not usable. I have reached out to the company but no luck in receiving communication from them. I would not recommend purchasing faucets or shower systems from this company!

We love our sink we ordered. It is beautiful. The shipping process could be a little better but it’s the shipper not this company I think.

I like the product very much. The customer service was not a good experience. When I checked to find out the tracking the person must have had my order confused and was argumentative regarding what I ordered. I am now waiting on a faucet. I have ordered and paid for and yet no email or tracking received. sales person Elhabib

If I could there would be a 0!! They are difficult to work with. I ordered a vessel sink and faucet. Believe the sink is okay, just dealing with the faucet issues. After giving this company numerous chances to make things right, I give up. Ordered a black faucet that arrived with missing parts. Needed risers for the sink and this was an extremely difficult transaction. Ended up needing to buy a custom piece to finish the Faucet off from another company to find out that everything I have bought was spray painted black. Sent off the parts to have powder coated black. Finally get pieces back and call the plumber a third time, they leak everywhere.  

Ordered from Ontario, Canada. Custom designed sink was 3/4” out of square, and a reinforcement weld had to be broken to allow it to sit flat and level. Oil rubbed bronze finish is quickly wearing off despite delicate care. Taps and fake pot filler were poor quality and unusable in our area even though we were assured they would supply what we needed. Could not find adapters to install them. Side spray was hot or cold only, but not mixable, and was missing parts. Spray painted finish was flaking off on arrival. Paid $230 to return unusable taps. After months of cajoling, Zayian did refund us, and 2 months later the useless taps were returned to us by Moroccan Customs. We will discard as metal waste. Also, the sink baskets and strainers did not seal and we replaced them locally even though Zayian said they would send new ones. Never received, and wouldn’t trust them to be adequate regardless. Reading through the reviews, I notice that many of the 5 starred ones seem to have some similarities. Hmmmm

I recently purchased an oxidized pendant light from ZAYIAN, and I'm absolutely thrilled with it! The craftsmanship is exceptional, and it adds a unique touch to my space. Highly recommend ZAYIAN for anyone looking for quality and style!

Nice products and good shipping times. My product seems slightly damaged from the manufacturing process but for my purposes I don’t mind so much.
