i requst appointments very frequently and rarely get one confirmed with Zeel. I often go with Soothe because of that.

Tale of 2 bookings
My provider was great! A 5 star!
Zeel booking was terrible! 1 star! They canceled my original appointment by mistake due to some bug in their program. But they kept blaming me. The only thing they could find was their computer cancelation, nothing from me. So I waited and then had to rebook for another day. Zeel needs to fix this bug!

Sarah was outstanding
Sarah was outstanding. One of the best deep tissue massages I have ever had. Zeel therapists can be hit or miss but Sarah was definitely a home run!

Easy to use app
Easy to use app. Responsive customer service via email. Customer service via chat could use some work. I waited 15min before giving up. I didn’t hear back when I tried using the chat feature. Super convenient app though.

The app crashes every time I try to open it. I uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times. Restarted my phone 4 times after each uninstall and reinstall Same thing keeps happening. The application closes upon trying to open it

I’ve been using Zeel for years. They’ve always been responsive to my preferences and I’ve had a lot of great therapists, though each has their own style. The subscription is a great way to ensure I get some relaxation and self-care in.
