My husband and I got the couples massage and both therapists were absolute amazing! They were definitely masters of their skill and very pleasant! Would highly recommend Zeel, this was definitely much needed. Thank you!

We ordered the couples massage, one after the other. The massage was wonderful very relaxing the music provided by the masseuse was perfect. The masseuse was very attentive to our trouble areas. I highly recommend for others to try Zeel.

The service was amazing! Glad to use Zeel once again. She arrived on time and well prepared. Hit all of the spots I needed and listened to my feedback, I was so relaxed and almost fell asleep!

My wife and I have been very very pleased with the customer service we have received from Zeel. They provide a high-level a personal service and try to provide the preferred Massage Therapist. They are very timely in communicating the status of the arrival of the massage therapist. If there are any difficulties, they are quick to resolve them.
We have been using Zeel for about three months during the pandemic. We are very comfortable having the Massage Therapists come into our home because of the extensive health precautions they take.
Overall, we are 100% pleased with the services we have received from Zeel.

I am a therapist with zeel. I am located in CT and as a therapist wanted to share my experiences, which have been nothing short of wonderful. On the therapist end it works like this- you sign up with them and you pick a few locations you are willing/able to travel to. Requests come thru via text messages all day everyday, you have complete control of where you work and how much you work. If you accept a request you have now accepted responsibility for that appointment. You receive reminders until you have completed your appt. if you have ANY issues, you text them and usually receive a response quickly. Clients are paying good money for a high end service and as a therapist you should be willing and able to provide that. Be on time! Have working equipment in GOOD condition! (I have been embarrassed by some therapists who show up with ripped or torn tables. Wrinkled wadded up sheets, wearing sweatpants and a crap tshirt). I personally bring hot towels, music, I have a table warmer, and freshly laundered and folded linens as needed. I almost always get prioritized by clients and i usually hear their prior experiences. Pay is good and timely. If you want it, it’s there, but your going to have to work for it✌️

Horrible - Unprofessional customer service. Despite all the negative reviews I decided to give them a shot. My husband and I scheduled a couples massage for our 6 year anniversary.
We could've went through a site like thumbtack.com to book a massage for $80 each ($160 total) but instead we decided to pay $260 dollars because I didn't want to deal with reaching out to two different people, scheduling them at the same time and also making sure they were comfortable working with someone else in the same room.

So we bit the bullet and booked through Zeel. 3 days later our appointment was confirmed and we were given names of masseuse who were assigned to us.

2 hours before out appointment they informed us that one of the masseuse was no longer available (didn't apologize, didn't give a valid reason, didn't give us a call, just a generic text message). We were given an option to cancel or have one masseuse do back to back.

IF WE WANTED TO DO BACK TO BACK we would've booked through thumbtack (the same masseuse is on there as well) we paid extra to get a service that was not given to us.

So disappointed in them. It ruined the whole experience. I WILL NEVER BOOK THROUGH ZEEL AGAIN. I understand situations arise and things happen but they can at-least CALL and apologize or try to make it up to us.

NEVER AGAIN. Absolutely horrible service.
