Great Channel Manager
I joined Zeevou over a month ago. The set up was easy and help when needed was always available. Cost wise as opposed to other Channel Managers I used in the past is also much lower.

I was looking for another channel… then Zeevou came along
I was looking for another channel manager as my previous channel manager were making changes, costing me more, poor customer service. Until Zeevou came along!
The price is very fair for what you get - and you get a lot! I think its easy to see a higher price tag and shrug it off as 'too expensive' but Zeevou system makes the price worth it. You almost have to see for yourself.
The system itself (once you know your way around) its fairly easy and simple but comprehensive. You can verify your guests with a click of a button and the automation of guest communication is good. All your important information is stored in Zeevou so the days are gone of having 10 tabs open!
Whats really important to me is the customer service. Na'im has been super helpful and always willing to help(regardless of how silly my questions can be).
The technical support team are quick to respond and have helped me with all my technical issues.
I'm really excited to see the full product when it's finally launched to the public!

Extensive functionalities and great developers
It’s still early days for me using the system and I’m new to using PMS too but slowly getting to grips with Zeevou’s extensive and comprehensive functionalities. Developers are great, quick to respond and fantastic at my much needed hand holding!!!! Can’t wait to get the system fully up and running as it will transform my business operations.

Nothing is too much trouble for the team.
Being fairly new to SA this is my first experience of PMS, but I did a lot of research first. Zeevou came out head and shoulders above the rest so I decided to give it a go. Na'im is very helpful, and seems to live permanently on his computer, ready to help me whenever I get stuck - which is fairly frequently at the moment!
Pleasantly surprised by how much help is offered.
