Condizioni non chiare, ti fanno fare la prova gratis e poi ti attivano automaticamente l’iscrizione anche se non hai inserito i tuoi dati di pagamento, inviandoti fatture su fatture minacciando di procedere con il recupero crediti

I had a very negative experience with a subscription to Deutsch Perfekt Digital from ZEIT Sprachen.

I never knowingly ordered this subscription. It seems that I may have visited the website at some point, but I never intentionally agreed to a paid contract. Despite this, I later started receiving invoices.

When I contacted the company and asked for proof that I had actually agreed to a paid subscription, they were unable to provide any clear evidence of my consent. The only document they sent was a generic “welcome letter”, which does not prove that I actively ordered anything.

The situation was extremely stressful. After several messages and disputes I managed to get the amount reduced, but I still felt pressured to pay in order to avoid further escalation and possible collection procedures.

This whole process felt very misleading and unfair. I strongly recommend that people be extremely careful when visiting this website or interacting with any offers connected to Deutsch Perfekt Digital. In my opinion the subscription system is confusing and can easily lead to unexpected invoices.

Please read everything very carefully and think twice before entering your details on this site. I would definitely not recommend this service.

Purtroppo ci sono cascata anch'io, sono dei truffatori! Ci si iscrive per una rivista di prova e ti arrivano poi avvisi di pagamento in tedesco da centinaia di euro, senza che sia mai stata chiara alcuna sottoscrizione. Stare alla larga!!!

Einfach durch Teilnahme an einer Umfrage wir man zu zu einem Sporlight-Abo verlinkt, in welchem man gefangen ist, wenn man nach einiger Zeit eine saftige Rechnung in's Haus geschickt bekommt.
Für solch ein 'Käseblatt, in dem man nach kurzer Zeit zu lesen aufhört.
Eine ziemlich verwegen Art, Kunden zu fangen.

Be ware people! Don't take any free test, there is a payment. I will tell my story. I dont talk German. Im trying to learn. So at a point I saw in fb an advertisement from sprachen zeit a free test to check your german. I did the test and they asked me to put my address. I did it. They start sending me an online magazine at my email even though i didnt agree in my knowledge for this . I never opened their emails because for me this was usual spam. After some months it came a bill at my address saying that I have to pay for their magazine because in some way I agreed to pay it. When I called them they say that my issue is now at the Incasso (debt collection department) and I have to talk with them. I reached Incasso and they have doubled the debt. So as I understand they company has taken advantage of me not talking German to put me in some debts. I am in immunetherapy and a cancer survivor. Now I have to fight this kind of cancer. Companies that try to make money in shady ways. Whoever had the same experience we can fight then together.

L'essai est considéré comme un abonnement et les relances sont envoyées uniquement par mail. Si elles partent dans vos SPAM vous recevrez directement une 2ème et une 3ème relance par courrier. Une semaine après réception de la 3ème relance, le dossier part dans une société de recouvrement qui vous prend 100 euros de frais...

Je comprends pas ce qui s'est passé. On me réclame plusieurs fois aux alentours de 80 euros....je pensais juste m'être abonnée à la newsletter, je n'ai pas donné de coordonnées bancaires....et quand je vois d'autres avis, je suis pas dans la M.
Je vais aller me renseigner auprès de conciliateurs

Man sieht in Social Media eine Werbung für eine kostenlose Probezeitschrift und meldet sich an. Dann bekommt man eine Zeitschrift, die meiner Meinung nach nicht besonders hochwertig ist. Kurz darauf kommt schon die nächste – und dann immer wieder.
Ohne dass es einem wirklich klar gesagt wird, steckt man plötzlich in einem Abo.
In meinem Fall habe ich nach zwei Monaten gleich eine Mahnung über ca. 100 Euro bekommen.
Fühlt sich für mich sehr irreführend an, auch wenn es wahrscheinlich rechtlich abgesichert ist.
Ich schreibe das hier nur, um andere zu warnen.
👉 Lieber Finger weg, sonst kann’s teuer werden.

En fait, j'aurais aimé mettre une note négative.
Après avoir envoyé un email il y a un mois, en retour, on m'a dit que c'était réglé.
Hé bien non. Aujourd'hui, lettre de rappel avec menace. Bien sûr, frais de retard ajouté.
Je n'ai jamais rien commandé. Je n'ai rien souscrit. Je ne sais même pas comment ils ont mon adresse postale en Espagne !
Dès demain, plainte à la Guardia civil.
Je leur enverrai par mail la plainte.
Et s'il le faut, comme c'est compris dans l'assurance carte bancaire, je prends un avocat.
Nous verrons si leurs arnaques continuent.

ABO ABZOCKE

Es kommen einfach 2 Abos an und auf Kündigung wird nicht reagiert

Kundenkontakt reagiert nicht, abo verlängert sich einfach.

Absolute Abzocke. Ich habe mir eine Probeausgabe bestellt und nun direkt eine 2. Mahnung erhalten für etwas das ich nicht bestellt habe!

Achtung, das ist betrügerisches Vorgehen. Wollte nur das Probeheft beziehen. Irgendwann flatterten mir 2 verschiedene Rechnungen ins Haus mit 2 Abos! Verbraucherschutz wird informiert! Mails werden ignoriert, Mahnungen geschrieben…. Eine Rechnung habe ich bezahlt und alles sofort gekündigt bzw. um Einstellung der Lieferung gebeten. Zweifle schon langsam an mir selbst, aber die Bewertungen hier bestätigen, dass es sich um Abzocke handelt.

As a native English speaker, I never subscribed to this magazine — I had no reason to. Yet, I received two unsolicited issues, which I assumed were junk mail and discarded without opening.

I even called the company and told them I thought someone had signed me up as a joke to "help me improve my English." Despite this, I later received threatening letters demanding payment for a subscription I never agreed to.

I have never entered into a contract with this company, nor have I ever provided my bank details. Now, I’m being pursued by a debt collection agency for something I never requested or used.

This experience says a lot about how this company operates. I would strongly caution others to be careful.

Wie auch immer die an meine E-Mail gekommen sind?! Ich habe weder etwas bestellt, noch was erhalten.
Keine Rechnung, aber direkt zweite und dritte Mahnung im zwei Tages Takt.
Scheint Betrug mit System zu sein, denn jede seriöse Firma könnte eine Bestellung belegen.

Ich habe lediglich 1 Gratisprobeheft gegen Hinterlegung der EMail Adresse bestellt.
Seither werde ich nicht Rechnung und Mahnung belästigt. Auf Mail erhalte ich keine Antwort oder Mail ist nicht zustellbar und telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Ich werde nun den Rechtsschutz einschalten.

Mi hanno inviato un'altra fattura! Hanno fatto ripartire la mia iscrizione e mi chiedono altri 70€! SONO TRUFFATORI, ora è conclamato. Vediamo come va a finire

Pessima esperienza: su suggerimento della mia insegnante di tedesco, ho visitato il sito e approfittato di un'offerta che dava un numero gratis della rivista Deutsch Perfekt e la possibilità di recedere dopo il periodo di prova. La registrazione non prevedeva di indicare una carta di credito e questo mi sembrava già strano. Alla fine dell'operazione ho provato a loggarmi senza riuscirci e poi, presa da mille cose della vita, l'ho dimenticato. Non ho mai usufruito del servizio, fino a che ho ricevuto una lettera minatoria dal loro ufficio di recupero credito in cui mi si intimava di pagare quasi 100 € . Ho risposto che non avrei pagato per un servizio di cui non ho usufruito (ed hanno i mezzi per verificarlo), ma loro mi hanno minacciato di intentare una causa contro di me. Ho lasciato sbollire la rabbia e poi ho preferito pagare piuttosto che dovermi difendere in un eventuale giudizio in Germania, In poche parole, li reputo alla stregua di estorsori, perché sembrano aver scelto un metodo antico e faragginoso per la registrazione proprio per fregare le persone.

Ich habe eine Anzeige auf einer Internetseite gesehen: „1 Ausgabe kostenlos“. Dort stand direkt, dass man eine kostenlose Ausgabe der Zeitschrift erhält, wenn man seine Adresse und Daten angibt. Es war nicht ersichtlich, dass dies an Bedingungen geknüpft ist.

Später habe ich jedoch eine Rechnung für ein siebenmonatiges Abonnement der Online- und Printausgabe erhalten. Ich habe den Eindruck, dass ich durch die unklare Formulierung in ein Abonnement gedrängt wurde.

Wir nutzen solche Zeitschriften, um unser Deutsch zu verbessern – daher habe ich dem Angebot vertraut. Ich möchte andere davor warnen, auf scheinbar kostenlose Angebote hereinzufallen, die in Wirklichkeit zu einem kostenpflichtigen Abonnement führen.
