It made me continue working out
I wanted to gain muscle but had no idea where to start or which exercise programs would work best for me. That’s when I decided to try the Zen2Fit Custom subscription, and it was the perfect choice! The app guided me through setting realistic goals and matched me with the right strength training program to fit my needs. On top of that, the mindfulness programs helped me stay motivated throughout the process. The nutrition feed was super helpful, teaching me how to balance carbs and proteins without neglecting veggies, which I used to overlook. After two months of beta testing, I’ve established a great routine and feel confident in maintaining it. Highly recommend Zen2Fit for anyone looking to build muscle and stay on track!
