I’ve been ordering from Zen for awhile now and I absolutely love their products. Everything comes fast well packaged, they are always running specials and restock fast

I used Zen Aminos a few months ago when I was new to peptides and purchased CJC-1295 for a 3-month cycle. Throughout that time, I noticed inconsistencies between the vials I received. Some were clear, while others appeared cloudy, which made me uncomfortable using them.

To their credit, they did replace one vial after I contacted them. However, I was told the cloudiness was likely caused by the quality of the water I used for reconstitution. After learning more about peptide handling and working with a medical provider, I no longer believe that explanation applied in my situation. That response left me questioning the company’s quality control.

Another issue was customer service. The company advertises that they’re available to answer questions, but I rarely received a response when I called, and most email replies were brief and didn’t address my concerns. I also felt that questions about other products were often ignored.

Personally, I didn’t experience the results I was hoping for while using their products. Since switching to physician-prescribed, pharmacy-grade peptides under proper medical guidance, I’ve noticed a significant difference in my results. While that’s only my personal experience and doesn’t necessarily reflect the quality of every product they sell, it has made me choose a different source going forward.

I was also surprised to find that I appear to have been blocked on their social media after sharing my concerns.

Overall, I can’t recommend Zen Aminos based on my experience. The lower prices may be appealing, but I would encourage others to do their research and consider the importance of product quality, customer support, and medical guidance before purchasing.

I’ve ordered from a lot of different places, and Zen is the best, easiest, quickest place with the best customer service.

I find it disturbing you’re removing access to COA’s until AFTER an order has been placed!
I want to make my own decision on what to purchase after reviewing the COA!

If you’re concerned about pirates, you should put a watermark across your COA’s.
I find it hard to believe that I am the only one who feels this way.
