ZENBIVY Opiniones 3

Positiv:
- Das Grundprinzip mit Laken und Quilt ist super.
- Der Quilt Ultralight -4°/2° Goose hält gut warm auch bei 2 ° Außentemperatur - den hab ich erworben.
- Das Gewicht mit knapp 500 g ist gut/ üblich zu anderen.
- Beim ersten Anfassen fühlt der Quilt sich gut an.

Negativ:
- Ohne eine zusätzliche Schicht auf der Haut/Schlafanzug mit langem Bein ist das Hautgefühl unangenehm, man hat einen klebrigen Film auf der Haut. Da Zenbivy vorher schreibt, dass halt genau deren Oberfläche so toll ist, hab ich mehr erwartet, als bei meinem 70 EUR Schlafsack.
- Die Maßangaben von 183/137 cm schrumpfen mit Daune gefüllt erheblich. Die nutzbare Länge ist 173 cm und am Fußende sind es nur noch 30 cm, was einer breiten Matte nicht dienlich ist. Es steht auf der Website, dass die Maße ein paar cm abweichen, aber so massiv hab ich es nicht erwartet.
- Der Kontakt zum Kundenservice ist unmöglich. Keinerlei Einsicht, dass die Angaben schlecht gemacht sind. Als Kunde hat man es falsch gemacht.

Placed an order on the 20th of March, with the website saying that all products were in stock, and that all orders placed before the 22th would be shipped on the 23rd. Didn't hear anything for a few days, so on the 26th I sent an e-mail to ask why they hadn't shipped my order yet. No reply, so I sent a message via FB, to which they replied that there was an issue synchronizing my order with their system and that they would definitely ship my order on the 30th. However, on the 30th I received an e-mail saying that one of the products in my order was not in stock, and asking whether a different color would be fine (to which I replied yes).
We are now the 31st, so 1.5 weeks after placing the order, and I still haven't received a shipping confirmation. I find the misinformation in addition to the fact that they charge 20 euros for shipping to be unacceptable. I will wait 1-2 days and then just ask for a refund I guess...

UPDATE: order arrived on 2nd of April

I really love the quality.. But I was very surprised to learn that my 600+ euro sleeping system didn't even include a compression bag. -You could at least give a notice when ordering. The shipping cost is to high for me to do another order just for the bag, so I guess Sea to Summit will just gonna have to take credit for your product for now.
