Total scam of a casino

A note to future players in this casino, PLEASE BE AWARE. This casino can close your account with no reason and will keep it closed for months while totally ignoring your messages. It also sends emails about won prizes, but once you try to claim them nothing happens and support tells you that you are not eligible for any prize. Super sketchy casino, seems like a total scam to me. Keep your money safe and avoid playing here.

WARNING - BAITING PLAYERS ILLEGAL RAFFLES

I just got an email about getting 100EUR for a participating in an event that I've actually participated in. Later, I was told that the email was sent to me by error and the ticket got instantly closed, never getting my reward or any compensation. Stay away.

Misleading casino promotion

I was sent an e-mail saying I had won €100. To claim it, I was instructed to make a deposit and leave a review to AskGamblers. This feels like a misleading promotion designed to get users to deposit money and getting free 5 star reviews.

I had the same problem as the last…

I had the same problem as the last review, my winnings were wiped out because they claimed I placed bets exceeding €3, which is absolutely untrue because I never bet that amount. When I asked them to tell me where they saw these bets, they told me to sort it out and check the 1,030 pages of bets on my profile. To say they're dishonest is an understatement. I want to point out that if they tell me they're sorry for what happened, like they did to other users, they can slap that false apology wherever they want. It's just meant to show other users of this site that they're being considerate. However, the reality when you contact the chat is quite different. Keep this in mind! There are other, more honest casinos where your balance isn't wiped out if you use your deposit bonus.

Balance removed

While I was winning and deposited significant amount of money all my balance got removed. According to them due to terms and conditions being violated as I used deposit bonus. I was playing for a while and when I reached a large win all of my balance got removed and left with my initial deposit. I do not recommend this casino at all much better online casinos out there.

I had already won €1,100 and suddenly…

I had already won €1,100 and suddenly the money was gone. The reason given was that I had placed too high a bet in the bonus. Normally you have a block in there so that you can't go any higher, but not on this site. Thanks for nothing.
