This company presumably get paid by tomtom sat nav company to provide a “customer service” experience that is designed to wear the customer down until they give up. There is nothing about the service that in any way offers the customer any assistance.
They conveniently ignore Uk law and offer “support” to try to get you to ignore your rights set in legislation!

Not fit for purpose

😡😡😡I stupidly made a purchase of 1 pack of ‘weight loss tea’ via one of this companys’ many subsiduairies (Lulutox) - my bank immediately raised an alert on my account and blocked my card. When I contacted the bank they said that whilst this company was real - they wanted to know if I was aware that I had automatically been sign up for ongoing and repeated payments. I was not aware at all. I was advised to contact the company to instruct them NOT to take further monies from my account .. but as yet no reply. SCAMMERS!! 😡😡😡

Zendesk have automated response for various different companies so the company where you place you're order don't have to answer there own emails.This then turns into a merry go round trying to chase information you have not received, for a simple requests such as shipping/dispatch or tracking numbers instead you are given a ticket number to be contacted back within 48-72 hours but not contacted back !! I have enquired regarding none response of my to my email with ticket number and AI chat says error occurred. Skatehut uk are 1 company to use zendesk to answer there emails sales team at skatehut zendesk 30 Eastbourne Terrace, London W2 6LA I'm unsure I will ever receive tracking number and unsure whether we will ever get the the order we paid for at all, as there seems to be a problem in talking to an actual person or representative still outstanding and being patient if I get no reply by Thursday I will give up and go through the bank for a full refund as both companies do not seem to respond at all not really adequate on responding within the time they state on there websites

Typical computer says no Company. They do not properly inform you and then refuse to budge. Avoid avoid avoid

We have been trying to cancel since December - First they agreed for us to do a 30day contract, then at the last minute before renewal they backtracked.

We were overcharged for additional licences which we shouldn't have been. No response to cancellation for weeks, I have escalated and chased up and they have still not responded.

Our main phone number was down for 2 weeks, no compensation or ownership taken by them to resolve this.

Very unhappy with the service and glad we are moving to HubSpot for a better CRM

I believe this company is involved in a fraud that is circulating concerning BP fuel cards. Their involvement maybe that they just provide a service to REPAIRANDDECOR.COM who Promise a fuel card and pay only £1.78 a litre, then you discover that you are subscribed to a monthly fee of between 19 and 90 euros. Try to ring company and never anyone available. Emails that I have sent to company involved have the reply "This email is a service from customer service delivered by Zendesk"
