Unable to manage data, don't let them near your health
Put in a form regarding treatment I was looking to receive.
As I normally do, I took a screenshot of the completed form before submitting it. I specifically selected email correspondence.
I then received an email requesting further information and images, which I provided. At the same time, I asked for indicative pricing for the treatment.
I later received another email asking for much of the same information again, as well as asking whether we could speak via WhatsApp. I provided the requested information again and made it clear that I wanted communication to remain by email only.
Despite this, I then received a WhatsApp message asking for the same information I had already provided twice — in addition to the information supplied on the original form.
I replied explaining that, as stated in my email, I wanted to keep all correspondence to email.
I was then told that I had selected WhatsApp on the original form. I knew this was false and had the screenshot of my submitted form to confirm it. I was also told that they needed to "double check" the information, although by this point they were effectively asking me to provide it for a third time.
They also stated that they required photographs, despite me having already supplied the requested photographs by email. At no point did they explain that there was anything wrong with those images or that different photographs were required.
To add to this, my request for indicative pricing was never actually answered. When I followed this up, I was told that they could not provide definitive pricing — which wasn't what I had asked for — and that I would need to pay for a consultation before they would provide any indication of what the treatment might cost.
I completely understand that an exact price may depend on an individual consultation, but expecting a prospective patient to pay for a consultation without being willing to give even an indicative price range for the treatment seems unreasonable. Without any indication of cost, there's no way to know whether the treatment is remotely within budget before paying them money.
For a company dealing with people's health, personal information and photographs, this experience gave me very little confidence in how carefully they handle communication, preferences and personal data.
I'm not prepared to trust my health to a company that cannot respect something as straightforward as my stated communication preference and then incorrectly claims that I selected something different.
I'm just pleased I had the opportunity to see how poorly this was handled before giving them any money.

Best place for botox in Nottingham
I have been coming here for botox since 2023. I tried other places, but nowhere it was as good as here. I highly recommend Dr Boyal as she literally does magic!

Unable to answer questions regarding prices of treatment
I was considering booking with this clinic, but unfortunately my experience with the receptionist put me off.
Before paying for a consultation, I wanted to ask some straightforward questions and get an idea of the treatment pricing so I could decide whether it was within my budget. Rather than receiving clear, helpful information, I found the responses unhelpful and felt that my questions were simply avoided. I had to ask for the full cost three times by email before it was said (it isn’t displayed on their website) and I couldn’t get a straight answer about what filler product they actually use. I would like to know these things before committing to a consultation because I have previously always had the same filler product. I also asked how much filler they give as some clinics only give a particular volume e.g., 1ml and I would like to know before my consultation that they could give only 0.5ml first to ensure I keep a natural look. Again, this question was never answered.
I completely understand that exact pricing can depend on an individual assessment, but I think potential clients should be able to obtain at least a general price range and have their questions answered courteously before committing to a paid consultation.
As a result of this experience, I decided not to book. First impressions matter, and unfortunately the customer service I received did not give me confidence to proceed.

Excellent treatment and experience for xanthelasma removal.
I had a very good experience with Zenith Cosmetics when I got my xanthelasmas removed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Dr Maini was excellent during the initial assessment, the procedure, and in the aftercare; he was always available by WhatsApp.
