Only had my consultation but so far I’ve received excellent service, mr Javid was very professional but also personable which instantly put me at ease. The receptionist staff were very friendly as was his nurse, as for mr javids secretary Pauline, she has been so helpful easily contactable and quick to respond to my queries, thank you so much. I look forward to my treatment early next month

had a consultation for dental issues. was seen quickly. the doctor was very informative, empathetic and not pushy at all. the whole experience was very pleasant. will be going through the treatment soon

From my initial enquiry the communication was swift and reassuring. The video consultation with Dr Maini was informative and honest. He fully explained the process, procedure and aftercare. This was subsequently followed up by his team to book my appointment for my surgery at my earliest convenience.

I recently had my mole removed. Dr Maini has done an amazing job. I am so happy with the results. I would 100% recommend Zenith. All the staff are so friendly and helpful.

Fantastic customer care. I was using a different clinic and they closed so I made a choice to use zenith. Best decision ever. From the initial consultation to now, everything has been perfect. All of the staff are so lovely and welcoming. Mr Javaid made me feel so reassured and validated during my initial consultation and was able to book my surgery within a month! Chris at my pre op assessment was amazing, she went through absolutely everything that would happen on the day, leaving no room for questions, making sure I knew exactly what to expect, and what I needed to bring with me. When I showed up on the day she was very reassuring as I was quite nervous but that quickly went away and all I felt after that was pure excitement! I have absolutely no complaints. I have just had my first post op appointment, again with Chris and again she answered any questions I had and was very thorough. I am so so pleased with the results, literally life changing! Thank you to all for making this the best experience possible and the best decision of my life!

The care I have received from the whole team at Zenith has been exceptional from the first consultation,the pre-op assessment and ultimately the anaesthetic & surgical procedure. All staff are extremely friendly yet professional and all demonstrate exceptional clinical skills, so I have experienced minimal discomfort during any interventional or anaesthetic process.
The nursing and medical staff, support staff and administration & clerical team also deserve a mention for their care and efficiency in providing support and maintaining regular correspondence.
I was initially quite apprehensive and anxious about considering surgery. However, Mr Javaid and nursing assistant Rachel were extremely personable, listened with empathy, respect and genuine understanding. Mr Javaid provided an honest professional opinion,and gave careful and thorough consideration of how to achieve optimal results.
Chris Ward-Lead Nurse has shown outstanding professional expertise and competence which was immensely reassuring. At the pre-op assessment, Chris had the perfect personal and friendly approach but also gave a comprehensive technical & honest explanation of what to expect prior to, during and after the surgical procedure. Chris's clinical expertise and vast experience was apparent and very reassuring. I was given the opportunity to ask any questions and she answered them comprehensively giving honest advice in both lay terms and technical medical advice as appropriate, so that I had very realistic expectations of what to expect and what was required of me in respect of aftercare and the 24/7 helpline that is provided. Chris has an incredible intuition for patient centred care, recognising my needs far better than i knew myself!- she held my hand at precisely the right time. A simple gesture that was immensely powerful and comforting to me- thank-you! Many less experienced staff may not consider the impact of such appropriately timed gestures.
From both my professional and personal experience the care provided at Zenith is outstanding and all staff have extensive experience and expertise which ensures a high standard of person centred care is provided in a welcoming, friendly environment and premises that are pleasantly decorated yet practical.
Existing clients that I met in the waitimg area spoke of their positive experience which was also reassuring to hear. From my experience, I would highly recommend the Zenith team to others and wouldn't hesitate to return 😀

Used to love going to this place for my tattoo laser removal sessions with Debbie before however she left the practice from what I'm assuming! My previous session was with Dr Maini as they informed me that I was going to be placed with someone different (I wish I asked why but i'm guessing it's because Debbie no longer worked there). My experience with Dr Maini was extremely horrible.. He didn't make me feel comfortable at all unlike Debbie. During the appointment, I would be shaking and crying and I would ask him to give me breaks but he wouldn't stop and he kept going! It was truly traumatic!! Whenever I told him to stop he would keep going and then say "just a bit more" he seemed very pushy and just wanted to get the session done as fast as possible. The nurse who was also there to help him looked like she had no idea what she was doing which made me feel even more unsettled and nervous.. Very unproffessional and poor customer service! I left the clicnic crying on my way home because of how distraught I was. I then called up the clicnic the day after my treatment and complained about him to the receptionist and they were apologetic and informed me that the clinic manager would call me after their holiday to discuss this with me and I asked them to never book me with him ever again. Days.. weeks.. passed by and I never received a call from the manager. I will definitely not be back here to book with anyone else as they've broken my trust and caused me trauma. Disappointing as my tattoo laser removal results were amazing however the customer service is so appalling that I will not be returning.

Good experience

Zenith has been an experience that is truly incomparable. The team were all very polite, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Time and care was taken to assess my condition and to ensure that the decision to undergo surgery was a correct and safe one.
The surgery itself was painless, quick and more importantly a success.
Following surgery, Dr. Dinesh Maini requested I send daily photo updates directly to him, which he viewed in his own time for many weeks, to check that the healing process was going well, while continuing to offer advice on how to look after the wounds.
This was followed by a further appointment to determine that the surgery was ultimately successful. It was.
Thank you all for your time and care, I appreciate it so much and I won't hesitate to return should the need occur.
