COMPLETE BS SELLER!!! Just ship the peoples item or return their money back. I ordered a car seat from them April 10,2026 and haven’t even got a tracking number. I’ve tried reaching out to there team, if they even have one about this situation and no response. Some emails they have there aren’t even real emails. If you can’t ship my car seats the least you can do it email me back to talk about my refund.
Ordered two car seats. Almost a $600 order. Received a package containing two blank stickers that was nowhere near large enough to hold one car seat. Avoid this website.
SCAM!!!!!! Spent $560 on 2 different Nuna car seats and was sent a package of 2 blank white stickers with tracking. Luckily we ordered on a credit card and got our money back through the credit card company.
this has been THE BEST PURCHASE for my newborn, highly recommended. and the customer support is great however package was delayed and they told me it was because the ongoing global supply chain issues so i could pass that
i was looking for a car seat and came across this website through google. and honestly they have the best deals although they keep going out of stock but that is understandable. overall 10/10 and the support is pretty amazing
got the doona stroller for way cheaper than other retailers, the delivery was smooth and customer support is great
