Complete crap!!! Shame on this company and shame on me for falling for it.

I placed an order for the mindfulness rings on 5/6/26. I never received a confirmation email, and was charged more than what was advertised. I contacted customer service and 3 minutes later received an automated email requesting information that was already provided. I am currently waiting for a response before going to my bank to dispute the charge.

I've been waiting for my Mindfulrings and have not received them. They were supposed to be shipped through Amazon Prime. It has been pssed the days they were supposed to arrived. I've sent emails and looked for some kind of contact information so I can ask about my order.

Same experience as all the others. I ordered 2 rings that advertised shipping in 1-5 days. 38 days still not arrived. Constant automated responses from email inquiries just say it has been shipped and is on the way

I ordered a set of rings for Mothers Day and have not received them. Every time I write to inquire, they ask the same questions. Seven times I have gone thru this. I just want a refund and I get sent the same questionnaire. I believe these people/organization is a scam.

These have a many drawbacks, the first of which is that they are not waerable. Too thick. And the ring has an insert in it to bring it down to your size. Devastatingly uncomgortable. Secondly, they are cheaply made and not well put together. Not worth the time or money.

I ordered my ring on 15 April and I have yet to receive it. After reading some of the reviews, I see that it has taken people about a month to receive it and it doesn’t work. I also tried to contact them, but no success. Please don’t buy from this company.

Spinning ring from Zenvirala took over 30 days to arrive and does not spin as advertised due to loose components that do not keep gears in contact.

After long time I received a parí of earings. They simply don’t shine, are very little, They are not IN THE LEAST AS OFFERED. Of course you can’t complain cause there is no valid address. SERVICE@ZENVIRALA DOESN’T EXIST.
FRAUD, SCAM, ROBBERY.

Placed an order for the Mindfulness Ring on 3/26/26 and it has been on its way since 4/13/26. I went to the Zenvirala's Contact Us website and it will not let me process my complaint. I would suggest not placing any orders with this company.

I personally think its a fraud. No order received no communication that is viable where it is. Don't bother

Can’t leave negative stars or I would! Pay attention to all of the 1-star reviews! This company is very much a scam! You do not get what you order, they attempt to re-charge your payment method twice and sometimes 3 times. It takes well over 25 days to get anything from them and when you do, there’s a good chance it isn’t what you ordered. Forget trying to get in touch with their customer service, it is non-existent and you will NEVER get a reply or anyone to speak with.

In case all the other evidence of fraudulent business practices didn’t throw up a red flag, there’s their “30 day peace of mind” guarantee which runs directly counter to their policy of only accepting returns within 14 days of purchase. Which, given the length of time it takes them to actually complete orders, means that return window may be closed before you ever get whatever it is they ship you.

Total scam! I bought a ring weeks ago figuring I would give them a chance because my ADHD really liked a spinning ring. Now, no ring has arrived and I cannot even get in touch with customer support.

I have tried two times to order, however, neither times was successful. The bank blocked both attempts, in which, I was so thankful for. The first try showed me one price, but my card showed an attempt for a more expensive price. The second time that I tried, my bank rejected it, I assume because of the first try? I'm not sure. Needless to say, I have not tried again.

This is a Chinese company as you will see in the first portion of the video, yet they claim the product is made in the USA. I tried to purchase a stress reliever ring. I ordered 3 and was told the computer was down and could not process my order. In the meantime, I received a fraud alert from my bank. I tried contacting the Zenvirala customer help site and kept getting the same message about processing. I finally had my bank block the purchase. I continue to get ads, but will not purchase from this site.
