Service is way below 3 rd rate. Never again.

O.. what a WORST customers service..I paid money on 21 January for huawei mate 9 mobile battery..5 days over but still they did not ship the product.. not able to speak with the customer care.. only robotic answers..I lost my money 🤑.. I think...No one cares about my request.. very very lazy and bad service.....No care on customer pains...O.. I am so vexed by ordering in this shopping app..!

This website is fake. I ordered the original display of Realme 5 Pro but I got a fake display. This is a useless website, rubbish😡

The froads at its peak

I ordered battery from from Zeposhop and my experience was disappointing. They send me old used or refurbished battery which has 50%battery capacity. When i calim for replacement, they just denied without any reason multiple times.they charge premium for products but never delivers. The product did not meet expectations, and customer support was unresponsive and unhelpful. From my perspective, their operations felt more like a scam, as they engage in questionable trading practices that make the entire buying process unreliable and frustrating. Overall, I cannot recommend Zeposhop..

I purchased mobile battery which is not giving backup & if I try to contact the customer care not even si gle call pickup by them ,so don't buy product from here.

Made a purchase for a battery part and not only there is no option for me to update the contact details. They even updated the delivery status as delivered despite me not having received it.
