This store appears to be a scam. I ordered over $100 in lock-picking supplies from this store and received nothing. They then sent me a tracking number which still to this day says it has yet to be dropped off by usps. They then sent me an email stating it has arrived but it has not and the tracking number still shows it has not shipped. I responded to the email asking for the supposed other tracking number but recieved not reply. After two weeks of making the order I attempted several times a week to make contact. There are no reply from emails, calls or online contact portal. DO NOT TRUST this website. They will take your money and run.

I’ve been using Zero Day Gear for a bit now, and I’m honestly super impressed. The quality is top-notch—everything feels super durable and built to last. Whether it’s a backpack or accessories, it handles anything I throw at it. Plus, their customer service is always super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend checking them out!

My experience with this company and its CEO has been nothing but extraordinary. If you enjoy patronizing a “Mom-and-Pop” type company and long for the days of Americana, where CEO’s realized the value of customer service, look no further. You can do all this and get top-shelf merchandise without even coming close to breaking the bank 10/10

I ordered a couple lishi’s, and actually made a mistake ordering, shot them an email and they resolved it quickly! (And around the holidays!) Shipping was quick, packaged well, no complaints. Would (probably will) order from them again.
