I needed to change my delivery date and you were so accommodating. Everything came in non plastic packaging. I've ordered other eco friendly products from other vendors that arrived in plastic. Very frustrating.

The products are amazing - excellent quality. I found their website when looking for plastic free products that also don't mail with any plastic. The prices are great too. Their customer service is excellent. I accidentally ordered twice and the owner contacted me immediately and sorted it right away.

The products are great! They shipped so fast, I had my order in just a few days. The coconut scouring pad is my go to. I thought it would be difficult to get the right grip on it to wash but not at all. So glad I got the bottle washer. I use way more than I thought I would. Happy I can change out the palm scrub brush bristles, instead of throwing the whole thing in the trash when it’s yucky. As a former plastic sponge user, I am happy to be using more sustainable products to clean the dishes we eat off of and the pans we cook on. Thank you Zero Waste Outlet!

Love the fact that the packaging is biodegradable and attractive. However the essential oils in the lavender earl grey are way too strong. I feel like I'm putting essential oils directly on my lips and not lip butter. My particular purchase was a bit grainy, not smooth as I anticipated. The product could have been larger as well. The price point for what you get is greatly lacking. So definitely
3 stars for me.

Inferior product. Similar products that I've tried: Chewtab and Simplut have better "mouth feel". They dissolve more evenly.

Really nice family-owned online store for lots of neat plastic-free stuff. Most things are compostable, but still last a long time.

I've also saved lots of money (and cupboard space) switching to bar shampoo and conditioner and laundry detergent and hand soap concentrate. Instead of these huge plastic bottles, you just have little paper boxes and bars. We mix our detergent into a gallon glass pickle jar and we only need to buy like 2 bars a year.

The owners also were great when I forgot to add some things to an order and did two orders one after another. I went over the free shipping limit with them together, so they combined my orders and discounted the shipping fee without me even asking! Everything arrived promptly and in simple, plastic-free packaging.
