Working with Zettle is like talking to…
Working with Zettle is like talking to an AI-Bot, no direct answers, generic and repetitive questions and you can't get a hold of anyone when you actually need their help. On top of that they have shared confidential information to different real estate agent for different properties. Working with Zettle is frustrating Beyond belief.

A job very well done

Our mortgage broker introduced us to Zettle, and we’re so glad they did. Ethel was fantastic to work with—thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. She carefully reviewed both our sale and purchase contracts, clearly explaining the special conditions and recommending changes that worked in our favour.
As we were managing a simultaneous settlement, it was a particularly stressful time, but Ethel was with us every step of the way, which made a real difference. The Zettle app was also a great tool—it kept everything organised and made it easy to stay in touch.

Used zettle for our home purchase
Used zettle for our home purchase. WOW! The app was excellent. Helped us with the task and timeline. And there was always a chat page open where you can directly chat with the conveyancer. Super good because we were in a different time zone. It was easy for us to leave messages and she replied in a very timely manner. Things have changed so much since the last time I bought .

I had an excellent experience with Zettle , and in particular working with Bill. From start to finish, Bill was highly professional, responsive, and incredibly thorough in explaining every step of the process.
His attention to detail, clear communication, and prompt handling of documents made what could have been a stressful transaction feel smooth and well-managed. I always felt informed and confident that my interests were being properly looked after.

No fuss and on time
It was very easy to work with Laura and Sherry. Any questions I had, either of them responded quickly. Their app is also very useful for keeping track of our purchase. We were kept in the loop at all times to ensure settlement occurred on time. Highly recommended, and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Good for institutional investors
If you are institutional property investor, Zettle would be provide a solid service. However, if you are a first home buyer, you will find that a lot of little nuances that could have been helpful, if legal conveyancer actually cared about.

Purchasing a home is stressful, At first i was unsure about using an online portal, however Ethel and zettle took away that stress, answered all our questions straight away and made the transaction as stress free as possible.

Great service and very helpful
Great service and very helpful. Purchasing a new property from interstate could have been quite challenging and stressful, but Sherry helped make the process quite easy and prompted me in areas that I had not considered.
