House booked with Zeustickets, after arrival an insect including poison found inside, also very bad smell. We contacted the house owner. She is offered only 3/4 of the money to return.We contacted Zeustickets for an advice. We received new beautiful house within 2 hours, also we received full money refund from original accommodation. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για τις υπηρεσίες σας, το ταξίδι μας ήταν άψογο, συγκεκριμένα είχαμε πάει Ρώμη, είμαστε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι και με το ξενοδοχείο που μας έκλεισαν, ήταν πολύ καθαρό, βρισκόταν στο κέντρο και είχε πρόσβαση σε όλα οδικός, όλα ήταν κοντά μας. Βρισκόντουσαν συνέχεια σε επικοινωνία μαζί μας, και είχαμε ελεύθερο να τούς πάρουμε τηλέφωνο ότι ώρα και να είναι, εν ώρα ανάγκης. Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ. Ένα μεγάλο μπράβο!!!
