I bought a month to try it out. When I found that the software was too buggy for me, I decided to cancel.
Then I found out that they had charged for a whole year and not one month.
They have no way to contact support, only a AI chatbot that can't do anything.

I've used this daily for years.
I use this daily and have been using it since it was known as CloudApp. It's perfect for screenshots, both video and still. It's a great tool for explaining something to tech support or just capturing interesting things that you find online.

Zight has been a game-changer for our team! It’s hands down the best screen recording app around. Zight makes it incredibly easy to stay organized and keep everyone on the same page. Tasks that used to take endless email threads or long explanations are now quick and simple with Zight’s screen recordings, screenshots, and GIFs. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, so it didn't take long for the whole team to get on board and start using it daily.
From troubleshooting to training, Zight allows us to communicate clearly and visually, which speeds up our workflow and ensures nothing gets lost in translation. I can confidently say that Zight has transformed how we handle projects and has become an essential tool in our day-to-day operations!
