I started working with Zignify approx 1 year ago, i asked them to both identify & source me a product in my niche to start a new business on Amazon. At all times they have been wonderful to work with, especially my project manager Christine, the communication is fantastic, always reply / respond in the earliest & quickest possible time, any problems i can have a quick zoom meeting with Christine. The professionalism of Zignify & Christine has been exemplary, i am new to sourcing & importing from China etc and had a lot of trepidation around it but the calm reassurance, help & guidance given by Christine was a tremendous help, any questions, even the daft, obvious ones were never a problem & what i especially appreciated was the very empathetic understanding Christine & Zignify had around a very restrictive health condition i suffer from which can leave me unable to do anything for long periods, when this happened several times there was nothing but full understanding and respect for me, we just paused things then restarted when i was ok to do so. This is appreciated more than words can say.
I have now placed my first order with the supplier found for me from one of their extensive supplier lists, they did an amazing job of inspecting the company & product safety standards & certifications around my new product, even rejecting 95% of suppliers, any faults found with the initial product they then made sure all the faults were immediately corrected & kept me updated & informed at every step of the way with emails, photos & even videos of the inspection process, all giving me immediate peace of mind, This inspection process was also repeated after manufacturing of my product and definitely was worth having.
I will continue to use Zignify for all future sourcing needs and i actually felt they were really working for me and to get me the very best product out there. I highly recommend anyone thinking of sourcing from anywhere to use Zignify, it is definitely worth the investment.

Sourcing projects naturally vary in outcome, and with more than 20 years of experience in sourcing and product development, I understand that a suitable solution cannot always be found within the original budget or timeline. What positively distinguishes Zignify is their transparency, timely and straightforward communication, clear visibility into project progress at every stage, and open communication about any issues that arise, their causes, budget limitations, and possible next steps.

Their quality inspection and background check services were especially efficient and easy to manage. The team handled communication with suppliers, coordinated schedules, and took care of most routine administrative tasks, significantly reducing my workload. I only needed to confirm the scope and budget.

Reports were prepared quickly, clearly, and in line with the approved scope. My overall experience with Zignify has been positive, especially due to their transparency, responsiveness, clear documentation, and ability to manage the operational side of each project with minimal involvement required from me.

I initially used Zignify to help me with sourcing but as a continuation of their services they do my QC inspections for me. They make the process so simple - I let them know I need one done and they take care of the rest! Contact my suppliers, organize dates & times, then give me a full report...can highly recommend!

Another major advantage was the support during price negotiations. Grace was an outstanding addition to the project. With strong negotiation skills, experience, and a very good understanding of the market, she helped achieve our target purchasing price, which made our product significantly more competitive in the long term. From a business perspective, this alone creates enormous long term value because improved purchasing conditions directly impact future margins and scalability.

We also received excellent support with trademark registration in China and the creation of a comprehensive purchasing agreement. Throughout the collaboration, it became obvious that the Zignify team is highly experienced in handling international sourcing projects professionally and efficiently.

I worked with Zignify to find manufacturers overseas for a new product I designed. I don't have experience in manufacturing or importing, so having them vet manufacturers was invaluable. (Plus, Zignify's sourcing folks ended up negotiating rates that were better than I would have gotten on my own.) Overall, using Zignify saved me a ton of time that I would have otherwise spent trying to make sense of a world I don't have experience in. I worked with a few project managers throughout the contract and each were helpful, friendly and responsive.

Ich arbeite aktuell mit Zignify Global Product Sourcing zusammen, um ein Produkt aus China zu sourcen, und bin sehr zufrieden mit der Zusammenarbeit. My contacts person Mr Abdel Aziz has been very Co-operative and I can see we shall get good suppliers with time for the products we are looking for.

Do not work with YULIA, OR ZIGNIFY under any circumstances!

Yulia or whatever her real name is what we currently believe, is the Saleswoman for this company. BEWARE! she will quote you for a product and promise there will be no extra fees, roughly 7-10k upfront. BUT! by the time the product comes to the port we had already paid another $15,500. It was then stuck in the port, or so she says and then promptly, she is disappeared, not answering and using other "staff" to communicate, this is when we found out, she was the boss. My wife and I have been trying to contact her but she is demanding we pay her $50,000 + a slew of other fees coming to $80,000.

We just cant pay this right now, and now we are out our product and our money as well!

Overall a good experience. Communication is very professional, fast, and transparent. All my questions were answered at any time and I always felt well supported. I especially appreciated that they enabled contact with a manufacturer who is not present on the common trading or sourcing platforms. The support of a translator was also very helpful.

I would generally like to give five stars, however I find the price-performance ratio somewhat critical in relation to the results achieved. We invested a significant amount of money, and especially regarding price negotiations I expected stronger outcomes. As an experienced Key Account Manager / sales professional, one can sometimes achieve similar or even better negotiation results independently. For example, reducing a price only from $12.77 to $12.36 does not, in my view, justify the use of an expensive sourcing agent.

Conclusion: Highly recommended if you need support with manufacturer sourcing and communication. And networking. However, there is room for improvement when it comes to price negotiations.
